I love the concept of this app and am so pleased to be able to offer this product for my business. I found this app was pretty simple to install, however, I am wondering if there is an engaging, detailed write-up along with visuals that I could add to my Shipping section and my Sustainability section. is this something that has been developed and I just don't see it? If it is developed please let me know. I have a question, I recently downloaded the Shopify POS and will be using it at a craft show quite a distance from where I have my business, is there any chance I will be charged fees as mentioned by another reviewer? Could you check into this and let me know? I can remove this from my review after I get the answer, I just don't know how else to find out. Thanks again!

UPDATE: Regarding your Point of Sale question... Planet only calculates orders that are marked as requiring shipping. For in-store pickup, if the pickup location is different from the warehouse storage location, then Planet will read that as shipping and calculate corresponding emissions. However, if the pickup location and warehouse location are the same, then distance is 0 so the emissions is 0. In short, it'll be important that the location data you use is accurate and up to date so that Planet doesn't mistake your in-store purchases as online. The free app has been good, it does convert into sales however, the 100 free sessions get used up early in the month so for a lot of each month, it is turned off by Sales Pop. This is fair though as they are giving me the 100 free sessions. I am not prepared to pay the Pro Plan pricing at this time but believe that it would be worthwhile to do so as it definitely did convert to actual sales.

I used this app because I really like how it offers the customers quick answers to questions that I always have when I am shopping: 1. What is the shipping costs and 2. What is the refund policy. I like how you can modify the colour of the mini cart icon to match with the theme of my website. I wouldn't mind having a couple more options for placement of this besides mid left, mid right, bottom left and bottom right because I have a number of apps and it's hard to find good locations for new ones. Even a location that is on the right but between the top and the mid section would actually be perfect. As well, the customer service was very prompt when I had a question, it was very quickly responded to. Thanks for creating this awesome app!
