Auch die Quote der gewonnenen Streitfälle hat sich verbessert, weil wir direkt alle Nachweise an einem Ort haben und niemand mehr alles mühsam aus verschiedenen Quellen zusammensuchen muss. Der support ist zügig und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ständig neue Releases mit sinnvollen Features.

I had a really great experience working with John. He helped me out a lot, answered all of my questions, and was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. He took plenty of time to walk me through everything, gave me helpful tips, and made sure I got the support I needed. The setup itself was clear and easy to understand. What stood out most is that even though I'm still in the trial period, John still went above and beyond and put in a ton of effort. Highly recommended!
