Aftersell is exactly the app we needed to increase our AOV. Everything works perfectly, and the support team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Mark was especially helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great experience overall. I highly recommended!

We installed AfterSell on Sept 25. From that point on, PayPal checkout stopped working in our store: the PayPal window kept loading and then showed an error, on both mobile and desktop. The same PayPal account worked fine in our other shop, and PayPal support confirmed our account was healthy. Reconnecting PayPal in Shopify did not help. We only found the cause after about one week, because customers simply dropped off at checkout. Our PayPal orders went from roughly half of all orders to zero, and our conversion rate collapsed while we were paying for ads. As soon as we uninstalled AfterSell, PayPal worked again immediately. The app asks for PayPal reference transactions on install, but there was no warning that it could interfere with the existing PayPal checkout. Please be careful and test your PayPal checkout right after installing. We have contacted support and hope for a fix, but for now we cannot recommend this app to stores that rely on PayPal.
Their live chats respond very quickly, which, when you are trying to get urgent projects done, is very important. Excited to see the results that come from working with Aftersell.

Sasha is an absolute expert when it comes to the AfterSell app, with a deep understanding of its features and how to get the most out of it. We’ve been using the app for a while now and have been really impressed, not only with the product itself, but also with the constant involvement in making it more customisable which we know it's tricky due to Shopify limitations. Charged for years despite not using the app I recently discovered that I’ve continued to be billed monthly for AfterSell despite not actively using the app for years. I’ve contacted support to resolve this - waiting to hear back.. I’m disappointed that these charges continued for so long and am hoping AfterSell will review the account usage and make this right. I’ll update this review to reflect how the team ultimately resolves the issue.

I found a bug, let the support team know about it, and they got to work on a fix immediately! The app speaks for itself, phenomenal upsell features; but the devs behind it are amazing. Big shoutout to Mark for staying on top of the fix and providing updates.
Very fast customer service, so far the features are much better than competitor apps. We are a subscription brand testing post-purchase subscription upsells/upgrades.

We had a complicated issue involving one of our post purchase offers, and AfterSell’s response genuinely impressed me. Brandon took the time to investigate the history, speak with the Product Team, explain exactly what happened, and find a very generous resolution for our business. He was transparent, responsive, and treated the situation like it actually mattered. There were no canned replies or attempts to brush us off. Even though the issue was not entirely AfterSell’s responsibility, their team still went far beyond what they were required to do to help us. The app has been valuable to our store, but the support behind it is what earned this 5 star review.
Fantastic experience with AfterSell! The app has been great to use, but what really stood out was the level of customer support. Michelle was absolutely amazing to deal with — extremely helpful, professional, patient, and quick to assist with everything I needed. Love this - super flexible with almost every option you would need. The team at Aftersell must not sleep because the platform seems to evolve + improve every week. We're on track to do nearly $100k in added revenue our first month in. Special shoutout to Sayaad for getting us to see that the grass indeed is much greener on the other side. Support also has been phenomenal, especially during our transition away from ReBuy.
