Have been using the app for less than a month and have been loving the support the most so far. The AI test suggestions are nice thought starters and the analytics dashboards are easy to understand.
HiTide is an easy to use platform that we are seeing great success from! We've been able to grow our SMS list quickly with the two giveaways we have done thus far. Working with Jesse has also been great- he offers great and fast support when needed. Highly recommend this platform.
Legendary App, Happy, we switched to it. Hoping they release more features in the future, but everything is going in the right direction
This app has been very helpful towards boosting my AOV, more people should look into using this. I wish I had found it sooner
We've been using co-op for the last few months with other brands who are currently on the app as well as upselling our own products and getting info from our customers. The installation process was very very easy, and we've seen many new customers and upsells come through! You should try this if you want to find new customers, drive up AOV, and get some customer insights.
I have been using this app for about 6+ months now. It has done wonders bringing back customers who didn't purchase on their first time. The human touch to it is excellent.
