We've switched between a few subscription apps over the years. Stay AI is by far the best one. Setup was smooth, the platform works and is easy to use, and the team is always quick to help. Whenever we've had an issue they jumped on help immediately. Couldn't be happier with the switch. Highly recommend.
I moved over from Recharge to Stay.ai a few years ago and have never looked back. We are primarily a DTC subscription business, and believe the stay.ai backend + customer experience is excellent. The account support we receive from Karl and Alexis has also been timely and very helpful. highly recommend.
Been with Stay for about six months now, and unfortunately it’s been another case of overpromising and underdelivering. During the sales process, I was told I’d have regular meetings with my Customer Success Manager, along with proactive recommendations and insights on how to optimize my subscription program. Since implementation, that simply hasn’t happened. The only interactions I’ve had with my CSM were when I reached out with questions. There have also been new features released during my time on the platform, yet I’ve received no outreach, guidance, or recommendations on whether they could benefit my business. The platform itself is solid. It works as advertised and I don’t have major complaints about the software. The problem is that a big part of the reason I chose Stay was the level of support that was promised during the sales process. I expected a proactive partner that would help identify opportunities to improve and grow my subscription program. Instead, the relationship has been largely reactive. If you’re unhappy with your current subscription platform’s support, Stay probably won’t solve that problem. The software is fine, but the service has fallen well short of expectations.
We've been using StayAI for 3 years and it's been a seamless experience. The platform just works, which is all you want from something you rely on daily. What really sets them apart is the support. Our customer success manager Morgan is exceptional. She's responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. Highly recommend.
The team from Stay has been amazing so far in helping with our setup and subscription program! We migrated from BOLD to Stay.ai and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Their team made the transition incredibly smooth with no problems or downtime. Since switching, we’ve had access to a much better analytics dashboard that actually gives us useful insights, and features like the cancellation survey have helped us better understand and reduce churn. Also the customer portal has also been a huge hit with our subscribers! Overall we are very happy with this switch over and cant wait to continue to grow using Stay!
Product is great, where Stay really shines is in their customer support. Whether it was learning the platform (super easy anyway), making changes, or working through technical issues - the team is extremely responsive and beyond helpful.
The implementation was seamless and very hands off for our team because the Stay team was so hands on! The interface is super user friendly and customizable.

The Stay.AI team is phenomenal. They seamlessly onboarded us in early 2025 and it has been such a easy and delightful experience working with them since. Switching over from recurly, we’ve had a great experience using Stay AI so far. It’s become one of those apps we rely on daily. The forecasting tools are incredibly helpful for planning inventory and understanding upcoming demand — it’s taken a lot of guesswork out of growth decisions. The ad-on link option and URL builder are also standout features for us. They make it easy to launch campaigns with clean, trackable links and see what’s actually driving conversions. What really sets Stay AI apart though is the customer support. The team (shoutout Chris) is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions or need setup help. If you’re running a Shopify store and want better forecasting, smoother ad tracking, and great support, I’d definitely recommend giving Stay AI a try.

We've just gotten started with Stay AI, but the process has been so simplified and easy to work with. The team is also incredibly helpful with any questions we have which is AMAZING. Typically, we'd have to watch videos or read through long Q&A's that don't even have to do with our problems - but the customer service here is next level with finding solutions. 100% recommend! UPDATE: we've been with Stay for 8 months now & Karl is the BEST! We had a dev problem with the Stay Block and Isis fixed it in less than 1 hour... love this team.
Stay is a great and easily integratable tool to add subscribe and save as an option to your store. On top, our CSM Morgan is a big asset: super responsive, understands the product super well and therefore provides valuable insights and support. Reccomend!

We recently switched from PayWhirl to Stay AI. The onboarding was seamless and truly a 'white-glove' experience. Dare I say it was fantastic! Thomas expertly took us through the process, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we were set up for success. We were a bit nervous at the outset since we were moving around how we process payments, but Thomas put us at ease every step of the way. We're excited to take advantage of the capabilities Stay has to offer with retention flows, prepaid gift subscriptions, and more. Update 6 weeks in... we continue to receive outstanding customer support from the Stay team. Our customer service specialist, Morgan, is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and supportive. We feel like we have a partner who is committed to our success.

Recently I have migrated from Skio to this app, mainly because I have had a lot of small bugs and problems with the other app that the team from Stay were able to fi everything and make really important improvements. So far everything worked perfectly and I have had a great experience so far.
Just switched from Prive to Stay. The support has been unbelievable, everyone from Olivia, Ryley, Gina has been a pleasure. Its early days but I am super impressed. We have 3 brands and they handled it no problem. The analytics, Risk, and churn data are extremely helpful. With so much competition in the space, relationships are key and they have done a great job!
Our dedicated CSM Chris has been fantastic in helping me onboard to my new role within the company and understand how Stay AI has helped our company in the past - and brainstorm together on ways to get even more out of our relationship in the future. I am really excited to see new features they roll out as they continue to grow, and very pleased with the level of support in addition to the features that are currently available.

We started using Stay AI for our non toxic baby marketplace and the onboarding was seamless. The customer support team was available to help us get onboarded quickly and the tool has been extremely helpful for our customers.
We transitioned to Stay 7 months ago. The transition was relatively smooth. The interface is much better than the subscription app we were using before, for us as well as the customers. There are constantly updates and improvements made to the app. Our Rep Karl is the best. Always available for questions and troubleshooting. We can totally recommend Stay AI!

We like using this app for our subscription! The user interface is easy for both the customer and for us managing the program, it comes with a lot of useful analytics, and I love that they are always coming out with new features and updates, with a dedicated customer success manager that we meet with every month to introduce them and make sure we are getting the best use out of all that stay.ai has to offer. They are also super quick to respond to any emails answering questions or even assisting us in making updates.

Stay ai is AMAZING!! As a Marketing Tech Specialist, I've set up quite a few softwares for clients and I haven't seen a Subscription service that comes close into comparison with everything you're able to do with Stay ai. The customer service portal is definitely something your customers will love (and your CS people too) as they can manage their account so easily. Maria, Karl, and the team are wonderful to work with and they made setup a breeze!
I can't say enough good stuff about Stay.ai and their team (particularly Tom, who was in charge of our migration). I only wish we had found out about them earlier. Excellent product, and most importantly, outstanding customer support. Please, never lose this. Having been at a legacy subscription software, I've seen firsthand how 'unfriendly' such Apps can be, leaving stores to figure everything out by themselves. Keep on innovating and improving, most importantly never lose this DNA of customer-centricity. Stay AI has my unreserved recommendation.

Stay AI has been so amazing to work with! The backend is easy to use, they have so many great ways of quickly running promotions and deals with our subscription products. Their front end and visuals are such a better customer experience as well! We moved from Recharge and it has been smooth sailing ever since. Their customer support is amazing and always there to step in and help with any issues.
This is the third subscription software we have used in 5 years. We are happy with Stay.AI. They did 98% of the onboarding for us, I can actually reach a live person by email or chat for customer support. We have a dedicated person who often is our support but also will brainstorm ideas to increase subscriptions, retention etc... (yay Sophie!) The portal is easier for our customers to use. What else can I say?
Customer service is very responsive and it's easy for my customers to make changes to their subscriptions without reaching out to customer service.
As a clothing business we had to jump through some hoops with Stay AI but in the end we were able to create something unique and new to the subscription world! Very excited about what this will become for our customer base, great introductory subscription program

We've really enjoyed our onboarding with Stay AI. We were previously based on Wordpress and migrated to Shopify to help build and scale our ecommerce business. With that being said, subscriptions is a crucial tool for us to use and we were referred to Stay from our Shopify Developers. From A to Z, we were fully supported during the migration process and our migration rate of old subscribers was close to 100%. We've been using STAY.AI as a subscription platform for ARMRA and it is excellent. The dashboard is incredibly user friendly and I regularly use it as our Business Intelligence platform for all subscription related performance. The team at Stay has also been very supportive in customizing the dashboard and making product updates to fit our business needs. Our weekly check-ins with them have been so helpful and we appreciate the time and attention they give us. The onboarding process is customized for you, and I have been enjoying the polished subscription portal as well as the great customer service from Stay AI. After a deep dive into the tools being offered, I can see why it will reduce my churn rate. If the core of your business is subscription-based, Stay AI can definitely be the core backend for your business.
First, the Stay team is amazing. They did the impossible while transitioning from another platform that was slow to respond to requests for our data. Second, the tools and integrations are great and we're already seeing it pay dividends to reduce churn and improve AOV.

I've been working hand in hand with Stay for the last couple months and the result is churn decreasing from around 60% to 30% at Month 2 for a beverage brand. We moved from the ReChrge to Stay over a year ago and it was absolutely the right move. We even had much more complex shipping/fulfillment windows because we're a subscription box and the team was still able to get it figured out. The added benefit of the Retention Engine tool alone to help reduce churn is worth migrating from any other subscription app.
