Awesome customer service! I was struggling with a tricky shipping rule that needed to show up for just one specific customer—so they could select an option for us to charge their courier account number. It wasn’t straightforward, but Sam went above and beyond to help me figure it out. They were patient, knowledgeable, and stuck with me until everything was working perfectly. The app can be a little glitchy at times, but it gets the job done. It is very easy to use and the team at Shogun is EXTREMELY helpful!
