Absolutely fantastic customer service. The speed at which I received help onboarding was so fast. Their dev team had to help support the theme we have and they did not hesitate to get it up and running. Thank you so much to the team here and the app seems pretty straight forward now! I have not tested some of the other features, but will get to them ASAP.

I was initially running into issues and when I messaged for support, I got an automated response saying that their customer service was closed for the day which initially was an inconvenience. Thats when I had Rita reach out to me. She went above in beyond in looking for a solution to my issue, which I later learned was self inflicted. Not only did she solve my initial issue, but she then went on to recommend some ways to enhance my experience with the app, along with some formatting issues on mobile. This drive to help the customer was a relief and I would recommend anyone who is newer or looking for a more advanced navigation menu to check out this app, as the support you receive is amazing! I have come across different questions as I began using this app and was reluctant to use the LIVE Support due to previous experiences with other apps and companies, but the team here has been incredibly helpful in solving and troubleshooting issues. Had our first upsell within days of setting it up, and that was without knowing anything. Highly recommend it!
