We’ve had an excellent experience using this app. Integration was seamless and it’s made a huge difference to our operations. It has significantly reduced the number of customer support requests we get for order changes, while also cutting down on address validation issues. One of the biggest benefits has been giving customers the ability to correct their address post-purchase, which has saved us a lot of time and avoided unnecessary delays to fulfilment and reduces RTS. The upsell feature has also been a great addition, it’s helped increase basket size and average order value in a really natural way. On top of that, the team behind the app have been fantastic to work with, always responsive and supportive whenever we’ve needed assistance.
