Top notch partners with a great overall platform. Installation was painless - the customer experience is phenomenal. We're even integrated with our CX Ops team and SavedBy in a slack channel to dramatically improve resolution time on more complex issues. Overall I'm super impressed with the partnership.
This is app is great and customer service has been really helpful for any problems I come across!
Great alternative to shogun and the customer service is timely and helpful. Highly recommend and wish I had found sooner.
