I have added a keyword and url in auto-linking but nothing happen. I clicked on FAQ but it's talking about licence and wordpress. It doesnt make any sense. Is this app working? The Auto Linking system is currently undergoing a system upgrade, and for some customers, this means it's not currently able to create the Auto Links. When the upgrade is complete, the queued links will be created. We expect the upgrade to be completed in the next 1-3 days.
Why can't the list of products be sort by old/new? Or can we have list of pages? page 1, page 2, instead of only NEXT. I have thousand of products, and when i click next few times, it come back to the first page.
Hello, can we hide the judge me reviews on products page when there is No review? It scare customers.

Hi, Yes you can hide our widgets when there are no reviews. Our support has reached out to set this up for you.
Hello I want to know if i can create a link in a product description for example and when the customer click on it, the form show up. Instead of always showing the form when the page is loaded. A little bit like the pop up but with a link.

Hello, thanks for your question. Our app gets the shipping rates information from Shopify and the Shopify Platform only provides them associated to an existing shopping cart. There is nothing we can do to show shipping rates on the product page because the Shopify API does not have that option. Please understand that we cannot show information that Shopify does not provide. This is the documentation of the Shopify API that provides the shipping rates https://shopify.dev/docs/themes/ajax-api/reference/cart#get-cart-shipping_rates-json As you can see, there is no way to pass a product as a parameter, it always uses the contents of the shopping cart.
