I've been using the app for 1 year now. Has worked perfectly. I received help setting up and haven't needed any further assistance since then. I recommend the product without hesitation.
UPDATE 7/3/2024 I have been without service for 4 days and have had zero support from the app developer, customer support and even Shopify has not been able to communicate with them. ---------------------------------------------------- I currently use this app. Presentation isn't a wow. very basic, but functions perfectly. My customer emails are sent in under a minute. No complaints. I've used chat and received help quickly. I would def recommend it.
