I've been using the app for 1 year now. Has worked perfectly. I received help setting up and haven't needed any further assistance since then. I recommend the product without hesitation.
Everything worked well. I did get a little assistance because I'm new to this, but everything worked well. This is an Awesome service. Thank You!
Devin was very helpful and gave the needed information. Thank you
Very good support from the beautiful JUDY and she really helped with the process
Gemakkelijke app om digitale producten in mijn online store aan te bieden.
Probably the best app there is for digital products, all of my friends say the same thing. The functionality is great, and it's super straightforward to use, and customer support answers very fast, Sofia was really in troubleshooting all my issues and helping me set up the first time!
Funktioniert für mich kleines Unternehmen mit Strickanleitungen einwandfrei
I don't think this app could be any easier to use. I love it!

Top user experience! 5 stars :-)!!!!!! Top Service
The team is really helpful and intentional when answering questions.
This has made selling digital products much easier for my store. The setup was straightforward, and I really like that customers can access their files immediately after purchase. The download delivery feels seamless, and managing multiple files is simple. It has saved me a lot of time compared with handling digital orders manually. Overall, a very practical solution for anyone selling ebooks, PDFs, templates, or other downloadable products.

We've also been impressed with the stability of the app and the responsive support team. Whenever we've had questions, they were quick to help and provided clear solutions. If you're looking for an easy and dependable way to sell digital downloads, this app is an excellent choice.

This is a great tool. It's customizable to your brand, and reliable for the customer. The admin tools are simple and easy to use. Highly recommend.
Best app for digital products. Judy helped me through the downloading process.
I only just started today, but did one test run and it downloaded to my email brilliantly! Also, going through their Chat to verify, I spoke with Sofia who was extremely helpful, very sweet and phenomenal in customer service! She has a great personality for what she is doing. Thank you to BIG Digital Download ... and Sofia.
Matais did a great job assisting me with the set up of Big Digital Downloads. He was very prompt and efficient with answering my questions. I can now sell my digital products and my customers will get the links they need after downloading. Great customer service. Thanks
I don't sell too many downloads but the app works great so far.
Excellent app and outstanding support! I'm always impressed by how quick they respond and resolve any issue.
Excellent app. Right now just having the free subscription to have a go at it, but once I hit the limit, I'll definitely go for the paid subscription. Great work guys.
Loving everything about BIG Digital Downloads - so easy to use for digital products in my shop! Thank you for your service, definitely recommend this to other users and creators!
I have been using this for a long time. Not only is the software itself great but it is a fair price in my opinion. The customer support team is the fastest out of any app I have on shopify (even the ones that are $400/month lol)
Excellent app for selling digital downloads on Shopify. Easy to set up, reliable, and handles large files well. The download emails are professional, and customers receive their files instantly. It's been a great solution for delivering educational resources, Boom Cards access files, and printable products. Highly recommend!
This is the best digital download app, don't bother with any other ones this is the best one i've tried so many of them. Been using this for over a year with 0 issues. They have a support team that replies instantly too not that youll ever need to use it. KEEP IT UP!

Hi there. Leo speaking, the app founder. If you're a legit review, i want to let you know it works without needing any support, you simply have to enable one setting on Shopify so people can download the files they've purchased right after checking out. In fact you've got several ways to do that (they will all work). 1st option : go on your theme editor and edit your "thank you page". From there you can add an app block. Add this app block. 2nd option : go on your theme editor and edit your "status" page. From there, add the app block too. 3rd option : go in your Shopify settings then click on Checkout. From there, you can enable the 'post purchase' page which is another different page where people would have the opportunity to download. If you do all 3 things AND if you enable the emails, then your customers will have 4 changes to download your files. Everything is built-in Shopify and has to be enabled on Shopify and the support is only there to guide you on how to do that (but if you already know how to use Shopify its pretty straightforward). This being said, honestly, i'm not sure this person is a genuine person. It really looks like some competitor paid someone to leave a 1-star review on my app. Reason behind that? At the time I'm writing this reply, he left bad reviews on my app and on Shopify official app which are #1 app and #2 app for keywords such as "digital product" on the app store. I'm including a screenshot https://ibb.co/s9hPGqj I would not be surprised if this shop was a friend of app #3 or #4 fsince it does not make any sense to leave such a harsh review (without even contacting me once) given how easy it is to use my app (you can read all the reviews about the ease of use) And to everyone else who've read that lengthy reply, you're a bloody legend and I hope you're having a great day ahah --Leo
Very happy! I did a lot of research prior to choosing Big Digital Downloads and landed on them for the storage capacities and unlimited products and orders. Set-up was easy. About 6 months in - so far I love it. The customer service crew is impressively responsive. They've made some great improvements too over the last couple of months. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
We transferred our website from WordPress to Shopify about seven months ago. Digital Download has made an overall complicated situation very simple when it came to our digital files. (Just a note, we do not know how it would be to transfer digital files from an old website because we decided to start fresh by uploading files product by product.) The app is self-evident with fast and effective technical support. The one downside--and it is a small one--is that as far as we could discover, the only way to test the delivery of a product is to actually charge an account. This is a mild nuisance when it comes to bookkeeping. We really appreciated the free trial before committing ourselves--and we are committed!
Immediate and effective support from the team. Sofia was clear and precise with instructions which saved me a lot of what-if and prevented me making any mistakes
SOFIA helped me with a few things and in a timely manner. She was patient, kind and informative! Best regards from the AetherisAudio team!
Thanks for a great app! It looks like it's going to work for me.
We absolutely love this app! It has helped us deliver our templates instantly and smoothly to our customers’ emails, making our operations so much more efficient Customer service is amazing as well. Huge shoutout to Leo, the founder, for being incredibly responsive and hands-on when we experienced technical difficulties. He personally made sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Also, special thanks to Sofia and Judy from customer support. Both were extremely helpful throughout the process Highly recommend!
