Our experience with Consio has been excellent. We had apprehensions about letting another company directly with our customers but they are treating our brand just like it is their own.

Polar solved all of our analytic issues. They have integrations with all major platforms and pulling data is a breeze. Their customer support is also next to none. They are well worth the price we pay.

It is a great application. I recommend this to everyone. As we scaled the program, there were some things that we wish this app had that we needed, like the ability to hide individual images for reviews and deep klaviyo integration. I'm sure the team is working on this but at this time we need to move on.

It was a view easy set up. Just review the chat documentation to ensure you're setting it up correctly. Otherwise, it's worked seamlessly.
