We have tried 4-5 different analytic apps in the market and NOTHING COME CLOSE TO POLAR ANALYTIC . We were wasting so much time back then (2-3 hours everyday) just to compile and manual input the ads metric across all different platform like a mad man. The fact that this apps have the ability to connect all your data source then convert to your own customs report so you know which part of your sales funnel is broken is already well worth the price! It is a total game changer for us and we 100% recommend it. Bonus: Their support are super friendly and they are willing to go above and beyond just to make sure they delivered value for their users. We requested for a few minor features/improvement and their team just make it happen within a week.. just WOW. Give it a try, you will not regret it!

I can quickly determine how much we're spending across each segment to help optimize performance. The platform has been super helpful for creating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and annual reports for our senior team. The team is super quick with adding new updates, and I love how I have the ability to create custom reports. Super nice touch starting with their AI to generate the report that I can then finesse into the final version. Super cool!!! Nobody is doing that. Can't say enough good stuff about Polar Analytics. They come pre-loaded with key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS and Spend) that we're looking for, and have easily customizable dashboards and reports. We are integrated to Multiple Shopify Stores, Google, Microsoft, Criteo, Facebook, Amazon Seller, Amazon Ads, and Klaviyo, and Polar gives us the best analytics feedback from any system that we've used before. Their Custom Metrics and filters are also fantastic and easy to use. Pricing is fair, and very very good value for Customer Service. Excellent team over there in Paris, and always willing to help. Was about to install the app, but the app asks me to verify email adress based on an email i never recieve. Now I have unstalled the app. Doesnt seem very professional.

Lots of variables that you can use to build you reports, which makes it flexible. The support team is super helpful. The app is relatively new, so many updates are happening. Sometimes this creates small set backs, but team is always on top to fix this!

The "Free to install, $0.1 per monthly tracked order" plan above only applies to over 10,000 orders a month - this isn't written on the Shopify app page, only on their website. I spent half an hour setting the integrations up before realising this; it would have saved me wasting the time if it was clearer. Giving them five stars though as it's not really about the product.

I have tried many connectors and data tools - such as Klipfolio, Supermetrics, Power My Analytics, GDS, ... - and for our Shopify stores this is by far the best and easiest way to collect data and get insights. Polar Analytics include very powerful dashboards and KPIs with amazing flexibility. We also use Google Data Studio for channel data and attribution models. But Polar is best for custom reports and daily KPI monitoring. Easy for anyone in the organisation to use, and yet powerful enough to satisfy the most data hungry person as well. Call me a big fan!

I've tried many reporting apps via Shopify, but they have yet to be close in functionality when compared to Polar. Both the UX and customizability are second to none. I am building out my online store data and taproom reporting in a very methodical way that's scalable helping me understand opportunities and wins in my business. The fact that I can solve for how many ounces I'm pouring and what that equates to in kegs for better supply management is awesome. And as a bonus, pushing those to Slack is even cooler. With the help of the excellent customer service of Abby and the team, I've done a lot in a short amount of time and they have been quick to respond when something comes up. Save time and just choose Polar (I wish I did this earlier)

Our team has found it very easy to use, report on and get useful insights from. + Lots of depth and customisation. The ability to create custom reports and custom metrics has been great and has let us tailor the reporting to our needs. + Their roadmap of development looks very positive, so hopefully it only gets better! Polar Analytics is the easiest to use analytics app I've found for Shopify. The UI is the more intuitive than other apps I've tried. The ability to create unique views and report/export against almost any data set means I can get everything I need in one place. Also their customer service is above and beyond if you have any questions. Can't recommend enough!
