Was hopping that now this was part of the Shopify family the app would improve they never mind taking the subscription fees but it’s very slow at loading. It has problems with categories, pictures and barcodes sinking between eBay and shopify. Customer services are quick to answer but have limited knowledge so it then takes many conversations backwards and forwards and we are still waiting for issues to be resolved. Just to update 1 year on and the app is still slow loading upto 30 seconds to load when you want to make amendments to your listings. If I was using this full time it would add so much to my day! Have reached out on various occasions snf alk you get is they are aware and they are looking at it now over 1 year and they have not dolvec it but they do not mind charging me for it.

I like the app but it would be a really good idea if Shopify hardware like the POS GO could be used to scan products to carry out a stocktake Our app now supports POS Go hardware to scan barcodes. Please write to us at support@brdatasolutions.com if you have any questions.
