I would not recommend BayEngage by TargetBay. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with an app from the Shopify App Store. In my experience, the app did not work properly, and the customer service was extremely difficult to deal with. I worked with Vin, Macedonius, Pon, and other team members and repeatedly felt that promises were made but not properly followed through on. The platform is also far too expensive for what it delivers. There are many better, more reliable, and more affordable email and SMS marketing apps available for Shopify merchants. I truly regret choosing this app. I wish I had stayed with my previous provider or taken more time to find another option. Using BayEngage was one of the worst business decisions I have made for my store.
I submitted my first claim after months and it has taken a month to get a response only asking for the tracking number because their system is not working properly. Horrible first-time experience. UPDATE, Yes I mentioned the tracking number above. Why did it take me to email you a month later to get a response that you needed a tracking number?

After doing some investigation, we identified there was an issue with the first tracking number you provided with your claim. Upon receiving an updated tracking number, your claim was immediately submitted for payment on 12/20. This app is super cool and easy to use! It looks great on the website, both desktop and mobile, it really makes your products stand out! Tom helped me out with a question I had right away, which was an issue with our theme but he got it handled.
