Integration keeps dropping off and cannot get hold of anyone to work out how to fix this. Literally it imports about 80% of our orders, then misses several! Paying $25/month for very little. This is designed optimally for wholefood stores and similar. The outlay cost of $25 MINIMUM a month is ludicrous. At best, this app takes 5 minutes to load on your POS and then literally slows down every transaction to a crawl. Hi SW Coast Refills, we're sorry you had the experience you did with our app. We checked and our team never received a support ticket from you, and your account also never accepted our app's billing charge after you installed it most recently in Jan 2025 so you were never billed this year, and this is also why the app may not have loaded correctly for you when you tried it. We wish you the best in finding a solution that fits your needs.

This app comes with a free trial. There was no indication of how to successfully cancel the membership before the trial period ended. We spent over 30 minutes looking for how to communicate our wishes and how to change our subscription to no avail. Misleading to consumer and actually a waste of our time.
