Update: Issue resolved Old Review: Hello, today our app was automatically disconnected from our whatsapp. Upon checking the app on shopify to reconnect i noticed that there was an update in the agreement, i agreed to it and went on to reconnect whatsapp. Its been a while since its not able to connect and whatsapp app shows error "Unable to connect Try again later" Please assist and resolve this. Thanks!

We have been using the App since a long time, but suddenly today the app has started glitching and causing my product pages to go down. The reviews do not show up and every product page which has this app embedded/enabled on it is down. We can not view the product or anything and tons of customers are leaving the website due to this issue. This is very disappointing as it has caused us a major loss in revenue and an app which has been on the market since so long should have a grip on such things. Unless they resolve this issue ASAP and compensate me for my losses, i will not edit this review. Utter disappointment!!

The pricing on this app is too high. 0.85% per transaction amount is insane. With Banks we fight over 10th of a percent and yet here it just blows the payment costs through the roof. Unum should look into this, their tiered pricing earlier was not great but still better than this. Not worth the price at all in our perspective, other alternatives charge Rs 20 to Rs 25 per transaction only.

Edit: The app is working perfectly well now. We have continued our subscription. Have been their longstanding users and love the apps features! Everything was working well, we have been using this for over 5-6 months. Suddenly the app is acting crazy, the sold out products are not being pushed down. Sorting is out of order. Causing a lot of issues in user experience. Though we love this app, but we were hoping this day would never come that automations will be out of place. Need instant assistance from the developers on this as this is causing us to lose revenue and conversion rate is dropping!! Will edit review if resolved!

21/1/23: Support has quickly resolved the issue, within an hour actually. Phenomenal support and app is working perfectly! Must try app! 21/1/23: I have tried enabling the app numerous times, but the icons are not showing up on the storefront. Looking for support from developer. Will edit the review once the issue is resolved.

Edit (8/10/22): Osco Team reached out to us right away after our review was published. They are working on the issues we faced and have already resolved many of the issues. Their Support has been very cooperative and responsive. They have taken notes on our suggestions for bulk linking and uploads and are trying to work it out for us. App is dropping orders on to our Shopify smoothly. Initial Review: I downloaded this app yesterday to minimise the effort required to work with Daraz. We faced difficulties and sent many messages to the support team. We haven't received any response since yesterday. Not even a confirmation on the of query being received. The email ID they have mentioned on the footer of their app is invalid. (Very Disappointed) It's been 24 Hours and the app hasn't been able to link products. Whenever we select any product to link it says that the product is not ready to be linked yet, please try again in a few minutes. Well its been many hours since we have been waiting. The trial period is to test out the features but we are unable to. If the support team resolves the issues, i will edit the review. Hi, apologies that we did not receive your email.. I use this app to instantly send WhatsApp messages to my prospective clients that abandoned their carts on the site. The process is smooth and user friendly. I use this app almost every day and would recommend others to opt for it as well!
