Have used this app for years and it has been great. Support answered a question and solved an issue for me tonight in a matter of minutes!

Used this app for years, and then it stopped being able to tell when my orders were shipped, so I couldn't accurately send review requests. (which also were not able to automatically send, so I would have had to manually send them) Reached out numerous times over several weeks and was told it was being "looked in to" but there was never any update on their end. Uninstalled and moved to another app.

This app has been an integral part of ensuring customers are aware of our turn around time! Customer service is quick to responding to questions, even on weekends. Highly recommend. ETA: I have contacted customer support again today and the response was immediate and exactly the information I needed. For stores that hand make items and have a turn around time, this is the perfect way to make sure customers are aware of that before completing a purchase.

This is the best order tracking app out there, hands down. There is no other app that I have found that can provide customers with a detailed timeline that includes production time. The recent addition of an Estimated Delivery Date widget on your product pages make this so much more than just an order tracking app. The developers are quick to respond to questions, and will take users suggestions and implement them in future updates. I am only a few days in to the trial period of this app, but I can already tell you it will be worth every penny to upgrade! It is the only app that did what I needed, and the support team was able to help with every detail I couldn't figure out, and customization I needed. Highly recommend!
