Its my second time dealing with Brevo Customer Service. its rare to find customer service who are able to solve your issues in the clean and straight forward manner which i appreciate a lot. i get my problem solved in the fastest way possible and that is a big big help. would love to especially highlight Anjali for her patience and support :)
Been using Smile for awhile. everything works like what I wanted. Satisfied. and would like specifically give a 5 star rating to Hannah who reply me in a fast manner and got my problem solved immediately.

I not sure if it does anything to my website yet since I have just only started using it BUT this 5 star was given to their customer service and how they assist you to use their app. giving you the confidence that if you sign up with them, their customer service will definitely assist you fully throughout the onboarding process. good job !
App : completely solved the issue that I was facing. being able to plug in the final piece of the puzzle. customer service: top class, fast respond and straight to the point, and able to get the issue resolved Totall recommend if you are looking for the same solutions.
