Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Suite à un soucis avec un client, j'ai pu communiquer avec ULLAS qui a pris le temps de m'expliquer le soucis qui existait. Et de m'avoir donné des suggestions pour modifier l'éligibilité des clients. Très bonne application et sav très réactif. Je recommande vraiment.

Really happy with Smile so far! We set it up for our physical store using Shopify POS, and everything is working great. We had a small issue with the points calculation at first, but Analisa from support helped us sort it out quickly. Super friendly and helpful support. Definitely recommend!

I've had a great experience with Smile so far! After researching a lot of different loyalty/ rewards platforms for my brand, smile kept coming up. I even downloaded and tested out different platforms, and smile was by far the easiest to use and set up. I built out my loyalty plan very quickly, a d got it all up and running with the help of their team, specifically Lisa who was super helpful. Shelby and Analisa were quick to resolve some check out issues with a customer that was trying to combine discounts. They gave me step by step instructions and followed up if I had further questions....well, I did. I had been frustrated with the loyalty program at check out (online) and they assisted to make it a smoother workflow for my customers. I am a small business in Canada, and some features are financially out of reach but they found a solution for me. Thanks so much!

In our trail period, but so far so GREAT!!!! So much more efficient then our previous rewards program before convert to Shopify. Just a few things we have to evaluate before we decide on the right program for our store. Until then, we LOVE our decision to select your app over others :)

Support was fast and extremely helpful. Analisa was available for a few important clarifications regarding the program setup, provided clear communication around questions concerning product exclusions and discount application to the cart.

Set up was easy and Analisa was quick to answer the one question I had.

The support received installing, implementing and using this app has been outstanding. We changed to this loyalty program because of major issues and increasing costs, however changing platforms is not an easy decision to make. My expectations were high based on feedback from other business owners, however, these expectations have been well and truly exceeded with every question, enquiry and any technical glitch (in moving platforms) answered and problem solved within a timely and professional manner. Throughout the initial onboarding and beyond I have felt that the expected outcomes for my business were also the expected outcomes from the team at Smile.io. I would highly recommend any business considering this program to try it. There are programs for all business levels which you can grow into.

I like to provide a nice simple reward program

We take pride in customer experience and we wanted to give something back to our customers and show them how much it means to us both their trust and loyalty towards our company. Smile.io helped us express and implement this gratefulness and it didn't take long till our customers started using the app. More specifically, the app incentivised them to interact more with our company and in some cases, this interaction increased the order frequency as well. Now, I'm not sure if this will make you more money but to us, additional sales from such app, although highly welcome, they definitely come second in our priorities. It's of great importance to us to build a great relationship with our customers and the smile app assisted us in giving them the feeling that their trust is mutual, which was our goal ever since we installed it. A great app overall. On the plus side, customer service is awesome even when you have a lower tier plan. Props to Ezra and Maggie for her excellent support.

They have all gone above and beyond, especially Lynn I was on the support chat with Lynn for some time helping me and giving me great advise on the best way to use the product. The app is very comprehensive and offers a wide range of options and features to choose from. We especially like the email automations, which make managing customer communication much easier without having to rely on Klaviyo for everything. Lisa and the rest of the team have been incredibly helpful whenever we reach out through the chat. They take the time to answer all questions thoroughly, and their support made the onboarding process smooth and easy to understand. Overall, very pleased with the app and the level of customer service provided. The combination of the app’s features and the responsive support team has made the experience very positive.

Ya me parecía caro el uso de la app, pero desde abril empezaron a cobrar cargos por uso y van por 2000€ mensuales de cargos lo que me cobran, cuando no generan ni 10.000€. No merece la pena. Estoy reclamando y soporte no contestan. Un verdadero abuso, y no le sacamos demasiado partido porque no vemos que integre bien. Muchas deficiencias, mejor desarrollar una app propia.
