The app is great, no bugs and speedy and effective support! The only downside is the price, because it's so full-featured. We are switching to a more bare-bones app that better suits our needs (only back-in-stock requests).

We use Design Packs all over our store, to add features lacking in our theme. They have a ton of options and it's way better than trying to find a theme that covers every single thing you want to do! The packs can all be customized to match your theme, although we mostly used CSS instead. Not a knock on the app at all, if you don't know CSS you can use the built-in customization instead. Customer support is fantastic as well, we had some questions about using metaobjects and fields and they were even able to customize one of the packs to make it work better for our needs. Thank you so much for sharing this! We love hearing how you’re using Design Packs across your store and making it your own with CSS. That’s exactly how we hoped the app would work - flexible enough for folks who like to tinker, but still customizable right out of the box. Wonderful app that opens up more editing options than the Shopify standard editing! We work a lot with line item properties and it's great to have a way to edit those on an order. It's also a great way to change an order from Local Pickup to Shipping, if a customer changes their mind. The customer service is also great. They recently added a requested feature to prevent using the Advanced Mode on Managed Markets orders (short version - not a good idea to use it on those). That will undoubtedly save us, and probably some other merchants, from future headaches.

I think this is the best customizer app out there! There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's super powerful and has a lot of great features, and the customer service has been excellent as well! We make custom products with lots of different fabric and feature options - some of our products have over 50 million possible variants! CPB handles them with ease. We had some issues with compatibility with Managed Markets and the buildateam developers were able to get that fixed promptly! (tldr: make sure to use "hybrid-generated price variants" if using Managed Markets). If using Auto-generated variants, I highly recommend combining this with the Arigato Automation app, to set up a workflow to hide the auto-generated products from search and product recommendations, and also delete them after a specified amount of time so they don't clutter up your products as much.

After yet another 5-star customer service experience with Bonify, I'm compelled to edit this review and reiterate that I just can't recommend this app highly enough! Arigato is basically the swiss army knife of your Shopify store. It's what Shopify Flow should be, but isn't. Arigato is much more versatile and powerful. Here are just a few things we've done with it: -Tag In-Stock orders so we can easily ship them each day (we have a lot of made-to-order products that can't be shipped immediately) -Tag made-to-order products with an expected ship week -Sign customers who accept marketing to our Mailchimp list -Hide auto-generated Custom Product Builder products from internal search and google - this is invaluable if you use a customizer app that creates products for every variation ordered. -Send order data to google sheets - we use this for all sorts of production and materials planning -Many more! One caveat is that I have a background in coding, which helps with the more complicated tasks. But the support when I have had questions has been excellent so I think the app would still be valuable for anyone.
