Once I got the hang of it I found this app really useful and am using it for one of my pages. The templates they offered were transferable/editable to suit the page I was creating. Today I tried the app for the first time. I find it is really high on functionality and has so many options to customise things. It is really promising and intelligently designed- it will need a bit of time to understand how best to use it, but I got great quick response from assistant Jade in the chat support and she was able to solve my query. They have a little video of the actions to take to follow how to do what you need to do.

I found the FAQ set up quite easy to use and the results look good. There are several smart looking templates for FAQs . The support team were quick to assist with queries and resolve things and I am happy with how it looks. It was also easy to quickly add it to the website - just a couple of clicks. Would give 5 stars if they had a few more template options, but really good app.
