I’ve used several COD apps over the years, and while they all have their strengths, I’ve also experienced issues and failures that resulted in lost business. NEO-COD stands out because it creates draft orders when customers don’t complete OTP verification. Since I’m using Google Firebase, I also maintain control over my SMS billing, which is important to me for several reasons. I especially appreciate how the app captures the customer’s information and automatically adds it to the checkout, making the process easier and more user-friendly. Another valuable feature is the ability to set different shipping rates for the same products based on the customer’s state or region, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico—something that wasn’t possible on Shopify without upgrading to a more expensive plan. The customer service has been amazing as well. I truly can’t say enough good things about this app. If you’re looking for a reliable COD or OTP solution with excellent additional features, I highly recommend NEO-COD!

Worked amazing until it stopped working and support must have stopped working as well because they never replied after multiple attempts to contact them. I love the app but since it no longer is working well that took them from what would have been a 5 start down to a 1 star rating.

Very pleased with this app it does exactly what I need it to I sell high dollar ticket items and chargebacks need to be prevented as much as possible this app allows me to implant that mental seed in the customers head knowing they OTP verified the charge they can't say it wasn't me. So as long as we will the order we are able to prevent chargebacks. We absolutely love this app and the customer support isn't in real time but the definitely take care of any issues that come up within a reasonable timeframe.

First off I don't use COD but if I did they are the COD King! Nevertheless I do use if 100 % for OTP on all my Credit Card and prepaid customer who buy from us weather they use PayPal / Venmo / Apple Pay etc. this app is great because it helps prevent fraud and validates identity this is a huge win for my business and I couldn't be more pleased to work with them... not to mention the integrated customer support and tech support they offer to help get you setup is first class!
