Update: I wanted to update my previous review because the support from the BoostPop team was outstanding. After I reported the issue, they investigated it immediately and identified the root cause within just a few hours. It turned out to be a compatibility issue caused by a shared CSS styling library used by both BoostPop and Klaviyo Sign-up Forms. They fixed the bug the same day and kept me updated throughout the process. I have now re-enabled BoostPop, and everything is working perfectly again. Both my Klaviyo embedded form and popup display correctly. Thank you so much for the incredibly fast support and for taking this issue seriously. It's great to see developers who respond so quickly and resolve problems immediately. I’m happily using the app again and can definitely recommend it. Thank you for reporting this issue. The problem was caused by a shared CSS plugin library used by both Klaviyo and BoostPop, which created a temporary conflict between the two apps. Once the issue was reported to the BoostPop support team, we identified the cause and resolved it the same day. BoostPop and Klaviyo Sign-up Forms should now work together correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the detailed report, which helped us address the issue quickly.

Easy to use with minimal difficulty.
Some of the features listed have not launched. Otherwise, great app and works really well. Very happy with it.
Recently installed. Appears to have essential features. It would be nice if instructions were accessible. A bit puzzling to put it all together. So, not sure how it will all play out.
L'app sul mio negozio su Shopify è bella ed efficace, inoltre è semplice da utilizzare e da rettare. Da migliorare solo il fatto che il banner che pubblicizza una qualsiasi promo sulla Home, dopo qualche secondo, scompare. Per il resto è un'App che fa il suo dovere

First time using this app and have found it simple enough to use. An online help manual would be helpful for troubleshooting before reaching for online support. Online support however was very prompt and patient with helping me resolve my issue. Very happy. :)

S easy to set up and has all the features that I need
The pop up ad for the PRE-ORDER of the new catalogue has been fantastic.
First tell you to leave a good review to remove the label, but after the review is left, the membership is required to remove the label. It's not okay

Just to clarify — the label can only be removed by upgrading. We never state otherwise, and a review alone does not remove the label. If you did find any place that said otherwise, please inform us ASAP. Sorry for any confusion!

This app sucks like the rest of the disruptive pop up ads. Not enough shows provided, no matter how you set the timer. No clicks no matter how well you designed it. I think it's horrible actually. The company actually has the nerve to ask for a good review after these LAME RESULTS

Please note that you did not enable the app on Shopify. Once you enable it - you will see the pop-ups. I hope that helps. UPDATE: I see now that you've enabled the app, and your add-to-cart pop-up is running. I'm glad it works for you. Please contact support for any help needed.
