As a brand owner, I don’t like not having control over how discounts are handed out. We could be giving away margins to customers who were going to buy anyway. So we tested on a small percentage of our traffic, and early results are encouraging enough that we're expanding the rollout. Setup was easy. The team helped us with the process. Suggestions were turned into small changes to the product.
An all encompassing app - minus compatibility with Whatsapp. It's been a great addition and has many useful features. Their Customer Service is above and beyond fantastic. Every time I have a question I receive a detailed answer within minutes and they make sure to assist until the problem is solved.
Amazing customer service!! Very impressed I had small questions relating to how the app worked and integration onto the site. Each time I received a fast reply and extremely helpful and patient explanations. Really really appreciate your help!! Also the app is great and user friendly with many customizable aspects

The app is very easy to use and has many options for personalization. More than that, the customer service is exceptional! I frequently ask questions and am always answered within minutes. The explanations I receive are in-depth, clear and exactly tailored to my questions. Polite, friendly and helpful. Really appreciate all of the help, Thank you!

Storeya has become our main source of business. The ROAS has been improving month over month. We tested Storeya against our agency PPC team with identical budgets. At first, it was a close race but after 2 months, Storeya was generating 81% of our sales. You will need to work closely with your Storeya representative to get the best outcome and also understand that it will take at least a month to start getting decent results. Also, pick your channels carefully. Some didn't work at all so monitor ROAS with the team and reallocate budgets behind the better performing channels.
