Hi, I’m reaching out because I’m honestly quite disappointed with how this has been handled. We’ve been using your app for several years and had a good level of trust in your company. Recently, you made an offer to users in exchange for completing a specific action. We followed all the requested steps and submitted everything as instructed, but despite several follow-ups, we still haven’t received what was promised. The issue isn’t really the value of it, it’s the principle. If you make a promise to your customers and they fulfill all the conditions, I think it’s fair to expect you to honor it. It’s quite disappointing to lose trust in a company over something that should have been very simple to resolve.

0 customer support, the concept is awesome but the app just doesnt work We apologize for your experience. We are working on updating our servers to meet demand. While your store doesn’t look familiar from any support ticket. We try to be transparent with everyone. Hopefully any email hasn’t slipped through. Without is responding. We will double check all channels to make sure.
