While not super straightforward to set up or understand if you're new to parcels and shipping, it seems to be the best platform for a small yet growing business like ours.

Le logiciel est performant pour une entreprise qui réalise moins de 500 commandes par mois. Dès qu'elle commence à imprimer plus d'une centaine de commandes par jour, il est absolument inexploitable. Les filtres ne fonctionnent pas. Malgré avoir contacté le support, il m'a informé que la recherche par filtre se fait uniquement par bloc de 20 commandes. Si cela est supérieur, la requête expire.

**0 Stars – Terrible Customer Support Experience** My experience with Sendcloud support was extremely frustrating. The AI messenger was awful and repeatedly refused to put me through to a human, even though I needed to send screenshots to properly explain the issue. I kept asking to speak to a real person, but the AI continued to block this. Strangely, as soon as I said I was considering closing my account, I was suddenly transferred to a human agent. Customers shouldn’t have to threaten to leave before being allowed to speak to someone. When an issue requires screenshots or a proper explanation, there needs to be a clear and easy way to reach human support. A very disappointing support experience.
Le logiciel est très complet et facile d'usage, quelques messages d'erreur mériteraient plus de précisions cependant.

Très satisfaite de Sendcloud ! La plateforme est simple à utiliser, intuitive et nous fait gagner énormément de temps dans la gestion de nos expéditions. Tout est bien centralisé et le suivi des colis est vraiment pratique. Le service client est également réactif et à l’écoute lorsque nous avons besoin d’aide. Une solution que je recommande pour les e-commerçants !
Nous utilisons Sendcloud depuis quelques mois et j'avoue que nous sommes déjà très satisfaits ! Toutes les expéditions sont centralisées sur Senscloud et cela facilite la gestion des envois. De plus, si on a des questions, un humain peut nous répondre!

Goede app, meestal enkele seconden vertraging in de koppeling tussen de Shopify en Sendcloud, dus dat is perfect.
De koppeling met de shopify store en het installeren van de printer ging super makkelijk. Zelfs voor iemand die niet perse heel technisch is ingesteld. Persoonlijk advies gekregen via de klantenservice waardoor ik nu tegen scherpe tarieven elke dag de labels kan printen en mijn pakketten op de post kan doen. Super blij met deze service, het scheelt me zoveel tijd nu ik niet meer alles handmatig hoef in te voeren.
Makkelijk in gebruik en op te zetten. Standaard integratie met platform als BOL is super prettig alsmede de optie voor leveren aan pakketpunten die eenvoudig op te zetten is tussen Sendcloud en Shopify (duidelijke instructies welke stappen je moet zetten). Bovendien zijn de goede Sendcloud tarieven erg prettig voor ons en de vele verzendopties erg prettig voor onze klanten. We hebben ook andere opties geprobeerd, maar Sendcloud geeft simpelweg de meeste waar voor je geld.

Hi, I’m reaching out because I’m honestly quite disappointed with how this has been handled. We’ve been using your app for several years and had a good level of trust in your company. Recently, you made an offer to users in exchange for completing a specific action. We followed all the requested steps and submitted everything as instructed, but despite several follow-ups, we still haven’t received what was promised. The issue isn’t really the value of it, it’s the principle. If you make a promise to your customers and they fulfill all the conditions, I think it’s fair to expect you to honor it. It’s quite disappointing to lose trust in a company over something that should have been very simple to resolve.
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. We’ve been using this app for several years and had built a certain level of trust in the company. Unfortunately, several recent experiences, including a promise made directly to users that was ultimately not honored despite us meeting all the requested conditions, have completely changed our opinion. It’s not really about the value of what was promised, but about the principle. When a company makes a commitment to its customers, you simply expect them to follow through. After several follow-ups and still no resolution, it’s difficult to maintain the same level of trust in this company and its practices. Disappointing after several years of using the app.
Toen we ruim een jaar geleden begonnen met ons allereerste merk en onze eerste webshop, hadden we echt geen idee wat er allemaal op ons af zou komen. De logistiek wilden we vanaf dag één gewoon strak geregeld hebben—het is toch de eerste fysieke kennismaking van de klant met ons product. In het begin liepen we tegen wat opstart-hickups aan met het importeren van enkele Shopify-orders. Maar credit waar credit hoort: met de nieuwste update van Sendcloud werd dit meteen strak opgelost. Inmiddels staat onze teller op 872 labels en verwachten we ruim voor het einde van het jaar die magische grens van 1.000 te tikken. Het geeft gewoon een hoop rust in je hoofd als alles geautomatiseerd verloopt en je niet bij elk pakketje opnieuw het wiel hoeft uit te vinden. Sendcloud, een betrouwbare tool om als merk mee te groeien.
Koppeling werkt uitstekenend, makkelijk in te stellen en veel instellingen naar wens aan te passen. Klantenservice reageert ook goed (en meestal) snel op vragen. Mogelijke verbetering zou nog zijn om de labels direct vanuit Shopify te kunnen aanmaken. Dat scheelt weer het open moeten hebben van meerdere apps.
Werkt heel goed, alles gaat automatisch en adressen worden gecheckt
We’ve been using this for our Shopify orders and it has made the whole shipping process much more manageable. Orders sync smoothly, creating and printing labels is quick, and having multiple carrier options in one place saves us a lot of time. I also really like the tracking updates and shipping rules, since they reduce the amount of manual work we need to do. The interface is straightforward and easy to get used to. Overall, it’s been a reliable solution for streamlining our fulfillment process and I’d definitely recommend it to other Shopify stores.
Te ofrecen un plan muy bonito con unas letras pequeñas y aunque le preguntes por ello te dan la razon para que pagues la mensualidad. final de mes te das cuenta de que la tarifa es otra y pagas lo mismo o más que antes. Cuando te quejas te dicen que en el contrato lo ponía, pero cuando le preguntaste en su momento te decían que no era así. Una vergüenza de compañía, muy poco honestos.
La experiencia con Sendcloud ha sido muy positiva. Nos ha permitido acceder a tarifas de envío más competitivas que las tarifas estándar ofrecidas directamente por las empresas de transporte, lo que se traduce en un ahorro económico considerable. Muy recomendable para empresas que realizan envíos con frecuencia y buscan reducir costes logísticos.

Sendcloud integreert heel goed met Shopify waardoor onze orders goed door komen en makkelijk verwerkt kunnen worden. Het is heel gebruiksvriendelijk en ze kijken constant uit naar manieren om hun werking en service nóg beter te maken. Ook heel handig dat je de bezorgstatus teruggemeld ziet aan Shopify, zodat je ook bij de bestellingen in Shopify 'Bezorgd' ziet staan. Wij groeien verder met sendcloud.
Bin weitestgehend zufrieden. Hatte in letzter Zeit mit einigen Bugs zu kämpfen. Speziell unter Windows gab es immer wieder Probleme mit der Anbindung des Druckers vor allem nach Systemupdates von Windows. Nutze Sendcloud aber seit über 5 Jahren und kann sonst nichts negatives berichten. Macht was es soll und wenn es Mal Probleme gab, hilft der Support aber immer schnell aus.

Due punti dolenti 1. Se c'è qualche problema con le spedizioni, bisogna prima aprire il ticket con Sendcloud (non lo si può fare direttamente con il corriere a meno che non si collegano i propri contratti) e poi loro devono contattare il corriere di riferimento. Quindi si perde tantissimo tempo prezioso ed il cliente ne risente. Quindi consiglio di abilitare dei contratti personali e collegarli alla piattaforma. 2. Se hai bisogno di assistenza tecnica non c'è un recapito telefonico che rispondono

Plateforme très pratique pour la gestion des colis
Llevo usando la plataforma desde hace más de 2 años y estoy muy contenta con la integración con shopify. Al principio comencé con la versión free pero luego me pasé a versión de pago para tener las recogidas y mejores precios en las etiquetas. La verdad es que son los mejores precios de transportistas que he encontrado en el mercado. Lo único que mejoraría es la rapidez de respuesta con soporte, a veces tardan un poco en contestar, pero por lo demás recomiendo esta app para hacer los envíos sin duda.
Super handig voor beginnende webshops die net als ik meteen verschillende verzendopties willen aanbieden aan eindklanten: met slechts 1 integratie heb je meteen beschikking over meerdere logistieke partners, elk met hun eigen sterktes (en helaas ook soms zwaktes, maar daar kan sendcloud niets aan doen). Sendcloud is vervolgens ook het centrale aanspreekpunt voor geschillen met deze logistieke partners.
Using Sendcloud smoothens logistics and saves so much time. It is a very user friendly platform with great customer service. I do wish tickets were solved faster, but this is mostly up to the shipping carriers. Works very well with Shopify, I can certainly recommend!
Wir verwenden Sendcloud für unsere Shop und wickeln damit um die 20 Sendungen pro Tag ab. Das Interface funktioniert sehr gut und auch die Versandpreise sind sehr fair. Insgesamt spart uns die App sehr viel Zeit und Geld. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass das Versenden von Ersatzgeräten aus Retouren nicht einwandfrei funktioniert, da die Bestellungen teilweise zu alt sind, um noch angezeigt zu werden.
J’utilise Sendcloud au quotidien pour gérer les expéditions de ma boutique en ligne et j’en suis vraiment satisfaite. L’interface est simple à prendre en main, la création des étiquettes est rapide et le fait de pouvoir gérer plusieurs transporteurs depuis une seule plateforme fait gagner un temps précieux. Le suivi des colis est clair et le support client a toujours été réactif lorsque j’ai eu besoin d’aide. C’est un outil qui facilite vraiment la gestion logistique, surtout lorsqu’on traite un volume important de commandes. Je recommande Sendcloud à toutes les boutiques e-commerce qui recherchent une solution fiable pour gérer leurs expéditions.

Using Sendcloud with Shopify has made our shipping process much more efficient. Orders are automatically synced, and shipping labels are prepared according to our preferences. We simply click "create label" and we're done. The platform is very user-friendly, fast, and easy to navigate. It saves us a lot of time and makes fulfilling orders much more efficient.
Sendcloud has become an essential part of our daily operations. It makes managing shipments incredibly easy, and being able to work with multiple carriers from a single platform saves us a lot of time. The app is reliable, easy to use, and has greatly simplified our shipping workflow. The only reason we're giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that customer support could be faster when resolving tickets. Improving response and resolution times would make this a perfect app. Overall, we highly recommend Sendcloud to any Shopify store.
J'aime beaucoup travailler avec Sendcloud, car cela me permet de centraliser toutes mes expéditions sur une seule et même plateforme. Je n'ai jamais rencontré de problème. Les équipes sont très réactives et toujours disponibles pour apporter leur aide lorsqu'un souci se présente.

Nous utilisons sendcloud depuis plus de 5 ans et nous sommes très satisfaits des services proposés. Service SAV joignable facilement par téléphone en cas de problème.
De samenwerking tussen Shopify en Sendcloud is top! Alle orders komen binnen in pack&go, een handig orderpicksysteem. Binnen 10 minuten staan de shopify orders ook in Sendcloud. Er worden geen onjuiste adreslabels geprint want dan krijg je een foutmelding, en je kunt eenvoudig je eigen tracking pagina's maken. Zowel aan te raden voor een eigen verzendcontract (dat heb ik nu met PostNL), als via de Sendcloud tarieven; dat heb ik ook een tijd gedaan en ging ook heel goed.
Wij gebruiken Sendcloud al sinds de start van ons bedrijf en hebben het bedrijf dus van dichtbij zien groeien. De software is altijd in ontwikkeling, er komen steeds features bij die we nog niet allemaal gebruiken. De support liet in de beginjaren nog wel eens wat te wensen over, maar is nu goed te noemen. Naast je abonnementskosten betaal je ook een label fee; als je over het max aantal labels van jouw abonnement heen gaat, gaat die fee flink omhoog. Dat voelt als een boete, geen fijn model. De werking van het product is, op een sporadische storing na (die natuurlijk ook aan de kant van een integratiepartner kan liggen), goed.

Usiamo questa piattaforma da 5 anni con la massima soddisfazione. Servizio sempre affidabile e tariffe di spedizione nettamente inferiori rispetto ad altri operatori sul mercato che hanno costi decisamente alti. Una garanzia assoluta.
soluzione definitiva per la gestione degli ordini shopify, consiglio questa azienda ed applicazione per i seguenti motivi: 1. a differenza di altre applicazioni la funzione della picking list è davvero professionale, la logistica con la quale collaboro si trova benissimo 2. supporto clienti in fase di onboarding ma soprattutto non ti abbandonano, ho a disposizione un customer success con la quale confrontarmi spesso per valutare nuovi funzionalità o semplicemente per valutare se c'è qualche difficoltà da superare 3. sincronizzazione delgi ordini quasi real-time 4. personalizzazione email di notifica 5. possibilità di configurare delle regole di spedizion, fondamentali per impostare e personalizzare alcuni aspetti: come , quali e quanto assicurare, etc.. se cerchi un tool professionale, consiglio vivamente.
Deutlich teurer als der reguläre Kauf von Labels direkt über die DHL. Versand nach NL kostet im Schnitt 14 Euro. SendCloud berechnet 25 Euro. Eigene Labels oder Trackings können nicht hochgeladen werden. Auch nicht mit Vertrag. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und irreführend.
Ik gebruik Sendcloud al 8jaar en ben tevreden over de service. Ik heb een kleine webshop waardoor ik geen grote contracten kan afsluiten bij de transportfirma's. De prijzen zouden iets scherper mogen, ik verwacht dat Sendcloud steeds de laagste prijs voor hun klanten onderhandelt. Buiten de prijs heb ik nooit problemen met Sendcloud gehad.

Setup was straightforward, the interface is intuitive, and day-to-day operations run smoothly without much friction. We're now expanding with a second webshop — and Sendcloud is the obvious choice again. That probably says more than anything else.
L'application est facile d'utilisation et la personnalisation est top ! Je n'ai jamais eu le moindre problème
Pratique mais pas donné pour le service rendu. C'est intéressant pour une entreprise avec un important volume, moins pour les petites structures. J'ai eu beaucoup de réévaluations de poids Mondial Relay qui s'avéraient être faux, mais le prélèvement était déjà fait. Quelques bugs que l'équipe n'arrive pas à régler car, selon eux, ça n'arrive pas de leur côté.
La app es estupenda para enviar tus paquetes. TIene muchas integraciones con carriers; es intuitiva y fácil de usar. Lo malo es que continuamente presenta fallos y tienes que reportarlos para que alguien los corrija. Después de tres años con ellos, solo la sigo usando porque la competencia no ha creado una app mejor.
Ik maak nu 10 maanden gebruik van sendcloud en ben super tevreden, ik heb een kleine webshop en dit is ideaal. Waat ik alles hiervoor handmatig moest doen scheelt dit zoveel tijd, ik gebruik shopify en het was hier zelf makkelijk op aan te sluiten. In het begin ook goed contact gehad met iemand van sendcloud die me alles duidelijk heeft uitgelegd. top :) Enige wat nog fijn zou zijn is als de optie met afleveren bij een pick up point makkelijker in te stellen zou zijn maar dit ligt deels aan shopify.

Après avoir testé d'autres outils pour gérer nos commandes et expédier nos coulis, nous sommes passés sur SendCloud et on ne le regrette pas. L'interface est intuitive et très complète, on peut gérer très facilement l'impression des étiquettes. Les branchements avec les contrats transporteurs sont très faciles et vous pouvez mixer vos propres contrats et ceux de SendCloud. Et si vous avez un problème, l'équipe SAV est présente pour vous répondre et résoudre vos problèmes. Et dernière chose, on n'a jamais eu de coupure de service donc pour pour le moment, c'est un sans faute.

Bonne plateforme avec de bons tarifs suivant l'abonnement choisi. Simple d'utilisation et à mettre en place. Cependant, ce serait bien qu'ils proposent plus de contrats provenant de SendCloud pour d'autres transporteurs, surtout au moins un juste pour les envois par palette. Point Fort : En continuelle progression, des mises à jour régulièrement avec de vraies nouveautés et même certaines fonctionnalités ont été rajoutées à la demande. Point Faible : En soi, ce n'est pas vraiment leur faute, mais le fait que Shopify bloque la sélection du point relais avant le paiement, c'est vraiment contraignant. Et aussi, quand un colis a été déposé dans un point relais différent de celui choisi par le destinataire, la page de suivi de SendCloud ne met pas à jour le nouveau point relais et si le client ne recevait pas les informations du transporteur même, il ne saurait pas où a été déposé son colis.
Llevo usando la plataforma gratis varios meses y por ahora todo funciona muy bien. El único problema que he tenido es con el extravío de un paquete que iba dirigido a un cliente hace unas semanas, abrí incidencia en sendcloud y aún no han conseguido solucionar el problema, pero me están dando seguimiento.
Sendcloud integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Your orders are automatically synced with labels prepared according to your preferences. You only have to click "create label" and you're done. Not giving 5/5 because as a starter selling physical products (low margins) I feel the lowest tier pricing is a bit steep. I would also very much like to use GLS as shipper but while it's listed as shipper it's apparently not available on my plan.
Un’applicazione davvero utile per semplificare il lavoro quotidiano: pratica, veloce ed efficiente. Molto validi anche i template email automatici inviati ai clienti durante le fasi di preparazione ordine, consegna e follow-up, che rendono la comunicazione chiara e professionale.
Wir nutzen Sendcloud für unseren kleinen Onlineshop. Die Integration von Sendcloud in unseren Shopify-Shop verlief unkompliziert. Der Prozess der Versandabwicklung ist für uns optimal gelöst, da wir mit wenigen Klicks die Labels erstellen und gleichzeitig die Kundenbenachrichtigungen automatisieren können. Zudem profitieren wir bereits bei geringen monatlichen Versandmengen von den besseren Konditionen der Dienstleister, die über die Plattform angeboten werden. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist für uns, dass wir eine Sammelrechnung erhalten, dass entlastet unsere Buchhaltung. Alles in allem können wir Sendcloud auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The app has definitely saved me money in the long run but, there are teething issues. I activated DHL but get 0 quotes from them. I post a lot using Royal Mail to USA but when adding my parcel size and weight is only lets me use UPS so I have to book direct through Royal Mail after spending time checking. I have queried the issue but never found out what the problem is. Overall it works okay but I would give 5 stars if they fixed it so I get quotes from more couriers.
Plutôt satisfaite de l'application qui reste gratuite. Le seul hic, les clients qui ne sélectionnent pas leur point de retrait après paiement car je suis en version Basic de shopify et quand on leur demande où livrer il regarde sur le site de shop2shop et nous on ne retrouve pas ce relais dans nos choix. C'est le petit point noir. Sinon hyper simple utilisation, facturation 2 fois par mois.
Je suis globalement satisfait de Sendcloud. La gestion des commandes est simplifiée, même si la configuration des règles de checkout reste assez complexe. Les tarifs de livraison à domicile peuvent parfois être élevés, mais cela relève davantage des transporteurs que de la plateforme elle-même
Je pense que c'est la meilleure plateforme sur le marché français pour traiter ses commandes efficacement. Application super complète, très facile à configurer et à utiliser. Et le service client est très réactif. les tarifs sont très abordables, je recommande.

0 assistance. We paid for a year subscription but finally never used Sendcloud. We asked several time for a refund but still no respond after more than 10 e-mails. For selling they answer at the minute but when you have a problem and ask for help or refund or wathever nobody responds anymore.
Parfait, facile à utiliser, et si besoin on trouve également facilement des tutos qui expliquent très bien. La gestion des expéditions est beaucoup plus fluide !
Une vraie libération depuis qu'on travaille sur sendcloud, tout est simplifié et rapide, les équipes sont enchantées ! Très bonne gestion également des livraisons internationales et documents de douane, donc je recommande +++
El peor servicio que he visto en mi vida. Se inventan las respuestas, no saben de lo que les estás hablando y si no te ciñes a SU formato de correo no te dan el servicio, pero te siguen cobrando. Una auténtica vergüenza de compañía. Ni se os ocurra usarlo.
Sendcloud is quite easy to use and syncs seamlessly with Shopify, which is great. The only downside is that there are often glitches when creating labels, and they stopped offering DPD to the UK. The shipping rates are also not that attractive for international shipments when you compare with other apps like Easyship. But other than that, it's been great for our ad hoc EU shipments.
