I was looking for an app that could give my customers an option for how they'd like their orders packaged, not related to give wrapping. This app allowed the customization I needed to make it work. I needed a little help getting my modifications made, and Adam from Wrapped was incredibly helpful. He was quick to respond, made changes on his end that needed to be done, and helped me make changes on my end to suit my store's needs. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I definitely recommend this app.

This app has everything I need to get products reviewed. It automatically sends follow-up emails to customers after purchase to review the products they bought. The widgets are great and flow perfectly. I recommend.

This is the free gift app I've been looking for. Most of them do discount codes in the background, and as a result they conflict with my customers' ability to use discount codes and still get their free gift. Not this app. It works on the product level to clone the item and do some other magic in the background. I use the Venture theme, which I've learned seems to be unfriendly with many apps. The developer worked very quickly to fix any bugs that the theme may have introduced into the app, and now it's working as intended. Definitely recommend!

I was looking for an app that would help me customize my shipping zones, and I love how I can select an area on the map and turn that into a shipping zone. Two features that I feel would make it a 5-star app are: 1. When creating a zone, show the other zones on the map so it's easier to prevent overlaps of zones. 2. Have more control over the drawing of zones on the map. Once you place a dot on the map, you can't undo it. Often I found myself redrawing a zone from scratch if I made a mistake. This app may or may not be useful. I give it one star because as a small business that doesn't have a dedicated development team working on a site, I don't have the resources to test and implement something in as quick as 3 days. Why on earth is the trial period ONLY 3 DAYS? This makes no sense. I will continue using graphical nutrition panels until someone develops an app that can provide me with a meaningful trial period that allows proper time to test. I use many paid apps, and all the ones I use provided me with ample time to test and implement before making the decision to raise my monthly cost of running my shop.
