Good service and good support.

It took a while to get to the bottom of a technical glitch we were having, but Sadhan was so helpful! He got to the bottom of it, had the tech team fix the issue ASAP, and then followed up with me! Thank you, thank you!

This is an amazing app with a perfect support team, they can assist you with any issue you encounter, I was blown away by the speed of replying and resolving my requests! If I can give them more than 5 stars, I would love to do that!

I rarely write any review. But here's one I really need to write. I run a small shop and have limited budget. Most "free" apps on Shopify are either not entirely free, limited trial period, limited functions, or simply broken. But THIS! Automizely has heaps of premium functions. Just need to chat with their ever present friendly support team and tada!

My customers keep getting emails sent from @aftership which terribly confuse them, and of course they don't leave a review. This company keeps sneakily switch my company email to their own to promote themselves at your expenses. If I had known they do such thing I would not have used any of their services. The email that customers receive to request an email is so easy and quick it encourages a large number of reviews.

AfterShip Reviews sets the bar high when it comes to customer service. They're knowledgeable, efficient, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns I have about the app.

So far this works ok. It was an affordable service that would import my previous reviews for free when shopify eliminated their free reviews feature. I haven't done anything besides upload reviews yet.

Very helpful and made sure my query was dealt with. This was a minor issue with the import and the email address needs to be changed to 'required' on your site.

The app has not been working for the past 2 weeks, customer support has been useless. It does not do things other review apps do

We've been using this app for over a year now and it has been great for our website. I like that we have the ability to copy reviews from other platforms and add them to our website. It's super customizable to adjust to the look that we want. Never had any issues with this app. I reached out to customer support to ask how to show the reviewer's full name, the support answered me promptly with directions. Highly recommend!!

Shady shady shady. So all the 5 star reviews are because they offer to remove the automizely branding if you give them a good review (surely this is against Shopify TOS?). They also start you out on a free trial of the premium plan which masks the complete lack of functionality of the free plan. You can't collect reviews on the free plan! This is a reviews app that can't collect reviews! The button on your website that says "write a review" disappears after the trial ends. That is absolutely ridiculous. Do not trust the other reviews. Sort by 1 and 2 stars to get the real picture.

Just setting up the app and support answered all my detailed questions. I have installed and UNinstalled a few review apps as they did not meet my needs. Support has been great, off to test the app now. Update Nov 13 2022 Looks like everything is running good.

Great app for fair price. Customer support is very responsive (within 30 seconds they're there) and Pooja was very helpful with fixing some issues we ran into with bulk product review imports. Highly recommend
