You were so patient, and you really took the time to walk me through the issue with my pickup address not showing fully in the confirmation emails. I truly appreciate the way you explained everything step-by-step and made sure it was resolved. As a small business owner (and often a solo-preneur on the go!), I really wish the app had a bit more flexibility and customisation — especially the ability to manage things easily from the phone instead of always needing the laptop. It would make such a big difference for businesses like mine that are constantly moving. But genuinely, thank you again for your support today. You made the whole process so much easier.
