We use BookX as the solution to manage our experiences in multiple locations. The Logbase team are always on hand and have been very responsive on the few occasions I have needed help figuring something out.

Great support from Vindira! Answered all my questions and most of them the app can cope with so looking forward to getting set up and using it for my business. Can't see how to write a new review so editing this one (July 2026). Just had a support call with Manaz who helped me through an issue I was having with multiple services being available at the same time across 2 locations. It was really complex and at one point we thought they may need to code something specifically for my store but Manaz persevered and worked through the problem so that we can continue with the standard app. Email support is always speedy and friendly too. Really recommend using this app!

Tech support is always great and I always need them. This app is not terribly intuitive for me. I run a kayak tour company and this is almost perfect for booking tours. One can set many configurations. I'm not sure what would make it perfect, but it's good enough for what I need with a few moments here and there trying to remember where the thing is I need.

When setting up the website for my business, I needed a booking app that not only did calendar bookings, but also had the option to collect partial payments/deposits. After trying a couple apps that just didn't meet our business needs, I found BookX. It is so user friendly to setup, has so many advanced setting options, customizations to brand and their support chat is top notch, going above and beyond. I highly recommend them and can't wait to start getting bookings!

We have a small resort in Minnesota and this is our second year offering boat rental so we wanted to integrate an online booking system that our guest can use to choose a rental time slot and pay online. This app has been a great experience and with the help from Vignesh S R, we have been able to customize it to our boat rental needs. During several Demo/Set up call with Vignesh who been guiding us through the best approach to configure it since we were getting some double bookings at first. They are a new appointment booking app so they are still continue to develop additional advanced options that we look forward to seeing in the near future. Great experience so far.

Nitish was very polite and resolved all my doubts about the app, even the more technical ones. Very good support, they aren't in a rush to finish the meeting, very helpful and focused to resolve all the problems and doubts you have. Strongly recommended. About the app, it seems to cover almost the 95% of our use case with the starter plan we're going to start working with that so we can't provide so much feedback about, only it's very intuitive and easy to configure.

He listened carefully and double-checked everything with me along the way to make sure he understood what I wanted. Then he created a way for BookX to work with Shopify to show me exactly what I needed to see. With this kind of service, it's a no-brainer: we'll be changing to BookX!
