Chintak was incredibly helpful and patient while troubleshooting my subscription and discount settings. He took the time to walk me through each step, clarified what needed to be adjusted, and made sure everything was functioning correctly before ending the chat. I really appreciated how thorough and friendly he was, excellent customer service! The only reason I’m giving this four stars instead of five is because the AI bot is terrible. While I understand the need for it to try and handle simple troubleshooting, it’s more frustrating than helpful. I’d strongly recommend removing it or improving it significantly.

I've used Shopify reviews for years; I recently got a notice that it was going away and I had to find a new app. After much research I landed on Judge.me, I can only speak to the customer service so far, but it has been outstanding. I used the Chat and the gentleman I was working with went above and beyond to help me smoothly integrate the new app into my website. He even helped add in all of my old reviews for me. Thank you!
