Highly recommend. We've been using this app for a long time now and can confidently say it has been one of the biggest contributors to our success. Product integration is easy, everything is organized in one central hub for our vendors, and it just makes the whole dropshipping process way smoother. The price basically pays for itself after a few orders, especially when you think about how many hours it saves. Overall we have had a very positive experience using this app.

I rarely leave app reviews, but this one has been such a game changer. Our store was previously using Mulberry for warranty coverage, but we wanted more control of coverage specifics and managing claims. Our customers were not to fond of having to submit claims through a 3rd party company. We then tried Webkul as a self-managed solution. The app technically worked, but not without bugs and a frustrating back and forth with their support. We then came across this app and were hesitant at first since it is a newer app. I reached out to Umbrella's support team and was connected with Feliks, who was a huge help! He walked us through everything and helped us get setup properly. We have been using this app for a week now and it is exactly what we were looking for. We can now fully customize warranties for each product or collection and manage claims internally.
