I had a few questions with using the app and some customization options and the customer service I received from Anne and the dev team was exceptional. All questions were answered, they helped me with the changes I wanted to make, and this was all done in under 30 minutes, maybe 20. Anne was very patient with the many questions I asked and was helpful in showing me where I would need to go for some of the options I wanted to change. Highly recommend!!

The application works exactly as I need it to. Whenever I had questions, I had opened the chat and asked. The customer service was amazing; Especially, the help I received from Mike. The app makes it easier for customers to customize their orders, which is very important for my business. Great customer service. Contacted twice so far and they are very responsive, willing to help fix your problems directly but also guide you through the issue. App is great for building options and variants that shopify doesnt support natively. Worth a try particularly for custom products.

Globo Product Options has helped us make sure customers provide all of the required customization information before adding certain products to their cart. Being able to require these selections upfront reduces incomplete orders and prevents our team from having to follow up with customers afterward to collect missing information. It has made the ordering process clearer for customers and helped our internal team work much more efficiently.

It perfectly captures the precise workflow our business needs.

I was having issues uploading product images. The request went through and was replied to quickly. First suggestion was to check the size of the image. Quick check and that was the issue. We are new to Shopify and the Globo Product Options app. Ran into a small problem during setup, not the apps fault, totally mine. I used the apps Chat Support feature and was assisted by a wonderful woman named Anne. After just a couple of minutes Anne got me all fixed up and back in business. Thanks Anne! This is a product that I cannot stress more to purchase. It has been customized to fit all of my needs for my shop. Not only is the product itself wonderful, but the customer service is 11/10. Getting assistance from an incredibly intelligent person who was a pleasure to work with makes me happy to keep using this. Amazing overall experience! Support Chat ist mega, Mike hat super schnell geholfen. Individuelle Container mussten für die Kunden hinzugefügt werden. Mit Shopify funktioniert die App super, Support immer erreichbar.
They are amazing. Mike picked up my query in the middle of the night for him and next day they worked and sorted it out. There was a small glitch next morning and Rosie sorted it out with the Dev team within minutes next day. Brilliance.
