Hello Team Bitespeed, I own a perfume brand and applied for a demo three times but received no response. I also installed the Shopify app, but no onboarding call was scheduled. I tried calling the support numbers (switched off) and contacted chat support, which redirected me to WhatsApp, but there was still no response.
