Our app provides rich analytics on your events, which is why we track as soon as you install the app. Once you connect your TikTok Pixel, we add the pixel to your store and also start sending the tracked events over to the pixel via the Events API. We urge store owners to set up the pixel right after installation to ensure maximum value from our app. We also urge stores to take advantage of the analytics features we offer. We do also offer a generous refund policy. Whenever you're not satisfied with our service, you can reach out to us and we're more than happy to offer refunds in most cases.
