App is good and does what it says, Support is quite good too. Using the import function is a waste of time and doesn't work at all! would love to see this fixed permanently. Every time iv tried to use it iv had to contact support and get them to do it as it doesn't work properly. Which means you miss deadlines and have to wait for support!

Functionality is ok but WOW good luck getting ANYTHING done with this app, it is insanely SLOW. Hours just to do a single action!!!

Hi, all apps on Shopify are speed limited to prevent overloading your store, all it means is that it is doing lots of work on improving your store! Let us know if you have any issues, and our friendly support team will get right on it!
Simple cheap app that does what it says it will! Great support. And one of the few apps that didn't mess with our theme settings. Would recommend.
This is by far the best functioning and looking upsell app out there! We've tried a few and this is tops them all! The customers service is outstanding and no question was too hard to get help with (shout out to Tom - you legend!). We had some small design suggestions, just to make it extra professional for the customer, and these have already been implemented in the app function. Our upsells are already rolling through... YOU NEED THIS APP!
