Great support team (thanks Richie!) -- im excited to try this app out. it's the only one that explicitly pulls from the complementary list!
Running this on two of my Shopify stores and couldn’t be happier. It integrates easily, is simple to manage, and the support team is super responsive. Love that the customizable options build the cart organically without turning off shoppers. If you’re looking to scale revenue and lift your AOV, definitely grab this app.

La cosa piu importante è il servizio di assistenza in quanto sono sempre disponibili, rapidi, professionali e soprattutto molto pazienti. Avevo bisogno di diverse modifiche se potevano essere fatte e in meno di poche ore sono state fatte in pratica tutte mentre altre giustamente richiedono piu tempo. Richie del servizio assistenza mi ha aiutato e proposto alcune soluzioni inviandomi gli screen con le modifiche proposte ect.....mai visto un servizio assistenza cosi professionale onestamente. App stra consigliata.
We have been using Candy Rack for at least 2 years now and it has been seamless. Recently we introduced a new offer on the product page and the support has been immense with quick turnover. Highly recommend this app for upsells and cross-sells!
Both Richie and Lina have been extremely helpful for me. They are taking the time it takes to sort some customization that I requested. Cannot say anymore than that they are perfect ! I highly recommand the app & their services.
Candy Rack integrates seamlessly with our webshop design and is easy to set up. It offers a variety of placements, from the product page to post-purchase.
Does not function at all as promised. Told you can use for free with development stores, but that's not actually the case. They offer a free trial for 8 days if you complain, but again, not the 30 day free trial as advertised. Yes it is okay if you want to waste the first payment, as it would be great after that. But, unfortunately it is an AI driven app with zero human interactions.

We've been using Candy Rack for many years and it's totally worth it. It handles all upsells and cross-sells. The dashboard and analytics are powerful. The user interface is customizable and support is very good. It paid for itself within the first week.

Used the app for a few years. Very good app and does what its supposed to do very well and excellent support. Conversion has not been great which is why I am no longer using the app. I went for another upsell in cart method instead which is probably better suited for my business. Thanks

In reviewing your setup, we noticed you were only using one of the available upsell placements, which unfortunately meant you weren't leveraging the app's full potential. Since you’ve moved to an "in-cart" method, our new Candy Rack slide cart would actually be a perfect fit and might provide the results you were looking for. A good option if you want to consolidate on-page, cart, and post-purchase upsells into one app as I did. The Candy Rack team was super helpful with a demo call and with support after installation. They responded over chat to help me get everything working properly including updates to formatting and fixing a bug btwn the app and my theme.

Great app to improve your AOV. Offers several options, where to place your upsells and keeps adding more! Customer care is excellent!!! I had a lot of questions and all of them have been patiently answered.

Alright, let's skip the fluff. I'm not here to rave about how "awesome" the app is or how "friendly" the support team might be—because, honestly, who cares? What really matters is that the developers clearly put thought into this. They didn’t cut corners. This app focuses on one thing and nails it: an Upsell widget that actually works. It delivers real results, not just some fake AI random product shuffle crap like other apps do, this one fits seamlessly into your site’s theme, and is good to go in just a few minutes. That’s the stuff that counts—not a bunch of flowery words or glowing support reviews. Seriously, amazing job! This app is the gold standard. To all the other apps—take notes!

No free plan, as they say; only a trial plan is available for 14 days, and then you start paying. Please fix this, I downloaded it based on the free plan you wrote.

We have been using Candy Rack since October and it has been amazing. The app works great and the customer support is amazing!
Easy to set up, easy to use. If you have any problems support is fast to reply and assist. We're using for a Shopify Plus store and it is already working for us! Another plus is their price structure, as they charge per amount of orders, which makes it a competitive solution compared to others at the market. Would definitely recommend.

This app does exactly what we wanted. It allows a little offer after a product is added to cart, which has allowed us to get a little bump on AOV, it's also been useful for post purchase upsell, although we're still figuring out the best offers for our customers. Customer support are awesome and Lucia was MEGA helpful and you can tell they really want us to succeed as a business.
I must admit there was a few bumps to make it perfect for our theme, but exceptional customerservice made it a fantastic experience overall! Easy to use when you get the picture and it works so good! :)

Absolutely delighted with this app. I needed an app the did Digital upselling and they did. I needed an app toshow the upsell either on the product or cart page and they did. A very easy process setting everything up. Superhelpful team. Cannot recommend hightly enough!!
This app is very suitable for stores that need to have some options to upsell their products on their product page. while I am new to using this app I can tell when a developer makes an effort to provide the best UI possible for its users and for that reason and support available to users as well I will give it a 5 starts and hope they can continue to improve their app as well.
Amazing helpdesk. Contacted them yeserday around 5pm and after some detailed testing from their side it was clear there were some adjustments needed. Within the next hours i got contacted by another helpdesk worker with the message that the issue was completely fixed. He also send me some videos for me to see. I am glad the issue got fixed. (really fast) I have tested a lot of upsell apps and this one is simply working the best, so i am happy i can continue using it on my webshop.

The support with this app is phenomenal. I have had a ton of questions, and they've looked into every issue I've had with patience and courtesy. The app works as expected. I was a little disappointed to find out the thank you page upsell is currently unavailable on the new checkout, but they're working on getting this back. I'm currently using a checkout upsell and post purchase upsell and everything is working like it should. The app paid for itself within the first day or two.
Fantastic, responsive support with help aligning the upsell pop-ups to our site style. Great results so far too.
Would Recommend: Working with Digismoothie team (Candy Rack) for about 3 months and they have been very helpful and responsive in working with us on our Upsells. We had 13k Upsells that were required to add to our site. The CSV upload option with the team really has helped us do what needed to be accomplished in a much more efficient manner; and we appreciate how much you can modify/adjust for design without doing any coding, which is an option and would let you take your customizations even further if you wished. Customer Service has been quick and responsive, uploads happen overnight for us which works out great and VERY rarely if there is an issue that has occurred during an upload, only takes them about a day to resolve. Lucia, Christian, Andres and Rein are a few individuals that we have had the pleasure of working with and all have provided excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for your help with our site.
It’s really helpful, ai use it mainly to let customers add gift wrapping after purchasing. Some issues must be fixed as when customer use upsale when they buy more than one item of the same SKU, they can remove one of items but price will stay the same(after discount)
