I personally really appreciate their design service, alleviated the work on our internal creative team. One off sale sends are great, but we've also already integrated mailers into nearly 20 automations so we're able to tailor messages based on customer actions and rely less on discounting. Have only used for a few days but so far so good. Lots of reports out of box and support has been excellent and quick in helping build out a few custom reports. Highly recommend.
