I had great support session with Lily today. Litcommerce has one of the test support services I have experienced.
I would give them 10 stars if possible. I moved from Klaviyo to Spoks and couldn't be more pleased. Even though it has been a small learning curve the Spoks team has responded rapidly to each inquiry and held my hand when needed. The price can't be beat at $35 a month. It has all the features I used in Klaviyo and I don't have to pay for all the extras that I don't utilize. Customer service is A+ Price is A+ Software A and rapidly will make A+
