There’s a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it’s the best! You can also chat with real people who are quick to respond, which is the best part, in my opinion.

Great application and first class support. We've been using it for eBay predominantly and have found everythnig to be really stable. If any issues surface then we get plenty of assistance from Customer Support includng helping us with inital set up. I would recomend this over other solutions.
We recently transitioned our business from Marketplace Connect to LitCommerce following untimely and prolonged problems with the former. From the very start, the support has been first class. The app has noticeably more capabilities, and pretty much regardless of what we have wanted to do, there has been a way to achieve it without undue work. The process of adapting our data and processes to capitalise on what LitCommerce can do for us has taken a bit of time (we have a large inventory), along with time to learn how the app works. However, I am delighted to say that within a couple of weeks of starting, we are already reaping the benefits of the time savings the app has generated for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending LitCommerce, its a very versatile app, and well worth having a long look at.
I’m still early in the setup process, but LitCommerce has already been remarkably straightforward. I connected an established eBay store, imported more than 100 existing listings, automatically linked matching products, and created Shopify inventory records for eBay-only items with far less friction than I expected. The interface makes linked and unlinked listings easy to understand, and when I encountered questions about inventory direction, order handling, and Shopify product status, Luna and Harvey provided quick, clear, and genuinely useful answers. They understood the operational details of my setup and helped me configure eBay sales to adjust Shopify inventory without creating duplicate Shopify orders. After struggling with a different integration for years, this has been a refreshingly transparent and manageable experience. I’m looking forward to continuing with it.
Overall, this app provides a solid experience. It’s practical, easy to use, and helps merchants handle daily tasks more efficiently. I’d recommend it.

I’ve had a very good experience with LitCommerce so far, especially with their customer support. I was working through a complicated Walmart listing issue involving products with multiple variations, and Harvey was extremely patient and helpful. He took the time to look at my actual setup, explained why Walmart was limiting the variant attributes available for my product category, and helped me find a workable solution instead of just giving me a generic answer. He also helped clarify how LitCommerce handles variant mapping, republishing existing Walmart listings, GTIN exemptions, fulfillment lag time, and how products remain linked for price and inventory updates. What I appreciated most was that I was able to ask follow-up questions until I actually understood how the system worked. By the end of the conversation, I not only had a solution for the current problem, but I also understood LitCommerce better and learned things that will make managing my other marketplace listings much easier going forward. Thank you, Harvey, for your patience, knowledge, and excellent support. Great customer service makes a huge difference when you’re managing products across multiple marketplaces.
Just starting using the app recently, after Shopify's own similar app stopped working. We probably should have looked at this one earlier. While there's some learning curve to re-learn how to do things from other apps, the controls are quite intuitive and easy to use. What really shines though is the tech support. Between simple things like not being able to find a couple settings, and harder things like tracking number integration, we have chatted with support several times and it's always been responsive, friendly, and ultimately helpful.
We installed LitCommerce today, and within just two hours, we were up and running with 50 additional products on TikTok. We had a few kinks during the setup process, but Phillip and Rachel from Customer Support were extremely helpful and resolved our issues quickly. They were very knowledgeable and clearly have strong domain expertise. I also appreciated that they listened to my feedback and were receptive to using it to improve the product moving forward. I just installed this app and it seems to be one step above other apps and working with more details, and it is easier to understand and work with. Lili my first of contact at support was very helpful and patient and explained and answered all my concerns and questions. I am now linking our products with eBay and publish the ones that are not. Thanks for offering this app. The plan options could be improved to fit customer's need. I think if they offer better pricing they will attrack more customers, because I know some app are offered free, however they do not work as well as this app.

The app is excellent. They worked with me to find a solution that best suited our my Etsy Channel. The support with the chat line during my UK working hours is very good. They have a lot of patience when working through any problems I have come across. I would recommend this app. Natalie was exceptionally helpful in getting my issue resolved.
**Powerful Software That Has Exceeded My Expectations** LitCommerce has been a great tool for syncing our large eBay inventory with Shopify. There was a learning curve at first, but the more I use the platform, the more impressed I become with its capabilities. The Sell Similar functionality alone has helped us efficiently refresh thousands of stale eBay listings—something that would have been extremely time-consuming to handle individually. Their support team recently helped me understand the correct workflow for a specific group of listings, and the information they provided solved my problem. I’m giving four stars because communication with support can sometimes feel more like a debate than a straightforward effort to understand the user’s question. Still, the software itself has exceeded my expectations and includes all the tools I currently need. Overall, I’m very satisfied with LitCommerce and would recommend it to sellers managing inventory across multiple platforms.
Natalie was very helpful, and took the time to answer every question and never make me feel rushed. All of the screenshots also helped, and she explained the steps to make the process easier for me next time I run into the same issue. Great customer service!
Managing products across multiple sales channels used to be a huge amount of manual work, but this has made the whole process much easier. I especially like being able to bulk create and edit listings, use templates and rules to keep product information consistent, and automatically sync inventory, pricing, SKUs, and orders across marketplaces. Having everything managed from one dashboard saves a lot of time and helps prevent overselling or inventory discrepancies

Absolutely phenomenal app and support! I spent over 4 years struggling with Codisto/Marketplace Connect without realizing there were better solutions out there. When Marketplace Connect completely stopped working (and their support didn't care), I went searching in desperation for something...anything...that would work. I hurriedly scheduled demos from three different apps to evaluate. LitCommerce was the first to respond, and their initial contact included enough resources to explore it on my own. I installed it and started playing with it; two hours later I canceled my other two app demos. It is well designed and intuitive enough that all I needed was a 5-minute intro video to start using it. In one afternoon, I transferred my entire catalog of around 350 items to LitCommerce, got all of my templates set up, and saw everything listed on eBay. Simple. Easy. Perfect. I ended the day by gleefully uninstalling Marketplace Connect. I normally don't make decisions this fast, but I was losing money, and needed a quick fix. I had issues with two items which seemed like they were not updating correctly, so I contacted support. They jumped right on it, checked everything, and concluded that the items were submitted to eBay correctly. They did this in REAL TIME. The problem was on eBay's end; they were slow to update those two items. The next day both items were live and perfect with no further work needed from me or LitCommerce support. Time is precious to a small business owner, and now I will need to spend much less of it getting my items listed on eBay! Highly recommended!

The customer support is exceptional. There are a few features on the Channel Sync that could use some clearer instruction depending on the Sales Channel. But the support chat has been a huge helping hand in the process.
Our experience with LitCommerce was extremely frustrating. We have approximately 400 existing products already listed on both Shopify and Etsy, AND CURRENTLY SYNCED WITH ANOTHER SYNCING APP, but because Shopify identifies them as “simple” products while Etsy identifies them as “variant” products, LitCommerce was unable to properly link and sync the existing listings. Even with mathcing SKUS. For an app designed specifically to simplify multichannel selling, we certainly didn't expect such a basic difference between two major platforms to create this kind of problem. Especially since all products are currently synced with another APP. The proposed solution was even more disappointing: either manually modify roughly 400 products individually or **delete all 400 products from our Shopify store and recreate them by syncing them back from Etsy**. Neither is a reasonable solution for an established business with hundreds of existing listings. We installed LitCommerce specifically to save time and streamline Shopify, Etsy and eBay management—not to create hours of additional work or require us to rebuild our Shopify catalogue. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience and ultimately we decided to uninstall the app.
Quick and helpful response. Helped me quickly find the feature I was looking for.
Love the interface but it lacks the ability to create shipping labels for Etsy orders on Shopify. This is key for us so we don't have to switch back and forth to fulfill orders. If this was added then it would be a 5 star for sure.
Harvey was really helpful in finding a solution to a particular question I had during my integration with ebay. He was quick and efficient! This made it very easy to get work done without adding more time and stress on my plate. I appreciate the support I received and that says alot on the first day that I decided to use the product. The customer service was incredible!

This has been the easiest and most complete app I've tried for pushing my products to eBay. The template and recipe features help automate a lot. All apps like this have a learning curve but after two days I feel like I have my head wrapped around it and most of my ~1,000 products are listed. I've dealt with two people for support so far and both have been professional and very helpful in helping me get setup. UPDATE: A couple years later I can still give this 5 stars. Their support is phenomenal, the product is very stable and the features are very complete.
Steep learning curve if you are new to automation like myself but the support is really good and has helped me sort through my issues thus far. Some issues with populating in depth item specifics moving product from shopify-ebay (hence the 4 star It does reduce ebay visibility with reduced item specifics) but overall has been a good answer to some major issues I have had with split inventory. I am sure I can upgrade to 5 star in future. Product sync works well.
Great and simple to use user interface with clear instructions on the setup process. We had complex queries for specific requirements of our Shopify store, and the support team were great at helping us diagnose a few self inflicted setup issues. They even worked quickly to add a new feature to their app to help us with our requirements. We're now looking to expand our use of LitCommerce to our other Shopify store as our experience has been so good.
Just linked my stores, my initial assessment is that this is going to make my life so much easier. I had a little difficulty creating my main store and I started a live chat with support and they were able to help me very quickly. In 5 minutes I had my store created any my sales platforms linked. Thank you.
We just started using LitCommerce with Shopify, our main store, to integrate with Ebay. We sell into the reuse market (vintage, antique, used) so each of our products is a unique listing, no multiple items. Every listing is an inventory of "1", so listing is a major use of time and resources. Having to list each item twice, once on each channel, is a major impact on our economics! We are encouraged that LitCommerce will provide the rich integration environment we need to eliminate the duplication. Their listing templates and rules look to be just what we need fix in the gaps between the data fields in Shopify and Ebay. Their power of their toolkit may relieve us of the "fixing" of missing data that our previous integration app left us with! Who knows! This app so far has been a great integration tool for us, syncing quickly from multiple shops, and for a fraction of other apps I've used. I received help from Lily in the chat function to clear up some listing challenges I had in navigating listings on my first day. She made it easy to understand what I was missing and how to get everything loaded so I could just get back to making money.
I am very thankful to Rachel and the team for helping through with my error and shipping issues. They have great customer service and support. They were amazing following up with us. I am very happy with the service.

Okay genuinely impressed with the service here. They did ask for a review but i genuinely wanted to write them something rather than just doing it because they asked. Mona was exceptional at helping with my issue and whilst the application doesnt quite fit into the polaris style its easy to use (after some trial and error) and does exactly what I want it to do. Like, even does things that I thought it wouldn't like the template rules. Well done guys and girls at Lit!

Five stars for the support team alone. I hit a connection error trying to link my Etsy shop during my trial, the kind of thing that usually turns into a week of copy-paste support replies. Not here. Rachel (one of their real, not AI agents) took point as they worked the problem across multiple days and multiple shifts, and every handoff was clean. Each new agent already knew the full history, so I never had to re-explain anything. They escalated it without me asking, kept me posted while they dug in (it turned out to be a bug on Etsy's side, not something they even caused), and followed up until we confirmed both of my stores were connected and working. Rachel even walked me through getting my first import from the Etsy side linked up to make sure there were no issues after the connect was fixed. I'm still early with the tool itself, but support is what I actually judge software on, because everything breaks eventually. These folks show up when it does.
I just started using this app, and it's a hundred times better than Shopify's Marketplace Connect app. There is a small learning curve, but the interface is easy to use, and the uploads are snappy. The customer service team is friendly and responsive. So far, I'm very pleased.

Support has been very responsive to the connection issues we had and worked hard to resolve the issue which was finally successful. they were quick to escalate the issue when they realized it was a technical problem.
CAUTION! I just noticed my Etsy channel was disconnected, for the second time. Last time, I thought maybe it was something I did. This time, I know it wasn't me. Inventory counts are now screwed up, again. Description sync is turned OFF but just discovered the app is still syncing my shopify descriptions, overriding my app settings. There is particular wording that would cause account suspensions on third party sites so this one is HUGE! There is no live help anymore, everything switched to AI support. I am in the middle of a critical crisis and nothing I can do except disconnect the app which will result in even more work if I do. Very upsetting to not for one, get any notification that my channel was disconnected (hope to learn the cause soon) and who knows how long the descriptions have been syncing as well. Could be any minute now that my third party sites I've built up over the last 18 years will be suspended FOREVER and there is zero support at LitCommerce and I'm not at fault. Very upset! I'm changing my 5 star rating to only 1 because of these issues which have both happened twice now! I've been using LitCommerce since October 2025.
