Excellent support and very easy to use. Would definitely recommend.
Initially, we used to receive a lot of order cancellation requests, which was time-consuming for our team to handle. However, with the new feature allowing customers to manage cancellations on their own, the number of support tickets has significantly reduced, saving us time and improving efficiency.
