SOLID SUPPORT! Real people! 24/7 doing the install at 2am and support got back to me in less than 5 seconds. i was having issues of not seeing the widget on the theme, but im using a test theme since we are launching a new theme; so the support helped me how to still see the widget on the preview ilnk to test it out and overall clean app and solid features for what i need on my site

I have been using this app for years - it sends an urgency for customers to purchase there and then rather than go away and think about it. Works well if you are using a new / standard Shopify theme however they recently made an update which meant that it would no longer work with my Debut theme so unfortunately have to find another app.
They changed the look of the backend and since then the app is not working anymore and I tried everything to fix. But nothing works. Probably have to switch apps now :(

I wholeheartedly recommend this app! I was looking for a countdown timer for our two health supplements store and stumbled upon a blogsite who suggested them. The app is easy to install and use, plus the customer support is superb. Alan is the one who assisted me via chat. He's very responsive and attentive to all my inquiries and requests. Will continue to explore all the other apps they offer to optimise our stores. Great work!

App is great, but how do we pin it to app navigation list?
It is great to find an application that carries a great attitude for customers and store owners. This application is very easy and wonderful and only needs some development, such as that a way is developed to control the quantity of products and the ability to completely cancel all products, and this choice is excellent for owners of large stores such as my store, which carries a lot of products. Because the manual method of acting will be somewhat cumbersome, especially if the company is a startup and does not have many employees. The application is really great and the technical support is very fast and distinctive and they have a sophisticated character in acting with their customers .. sehr gut uns sehr hilfreich vor allem es kommt sehr gut bei den künden an und man bekommt dazu den vertrauen des künden und es ist viel besser weil die chance viel höher ist das der künde wieder kommt

This app like other free app from Carecart (Trafficly for instance) is definitely a killing app. Apart from raising our conversion rate and urgency the customer service staff like Luis are very reactive, we appreciate that.

Does its job perfectly. I wanted something simple and practical. this is what i got. I love that there are now free apps that offer this kind of professionalism on Shopify. A few years ago you had to pay for quality. This right here is a quality app that is free. Thank you guys! You're great! Eva was great and helped me a lot! 10/10
does not work properly, the loading bar stays full and does not display any urgency, the support chat is also very unresponsive

Friendly and competent team - It would be great to be able to define for ourselves what level of stock a "low stock" is.
