i can not pay for my parcels and still have to log into aus post to do all the payments

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to add a review. In the CARRIER settings in our app, you have the option of setting 'Automatic' payment or 'Manual'. Just change the setting to 'Automatic' and you can pay and print labels with one click from the app (your setting was on Manual). Prezen helped with the problems with my store swiftly. Although I hope they provide more options to customize things in the settings such as making line breaks for all gift options, etc
The app is very easy to use! No need to code and do some extra things. Their support is very responsive too.
