They have REAL people that respond to questions and concerns. They clearly want to help you and they understand their product. We have been quite happy with using MyWorks to sync our shopify product sales into our QBO and syncing changes from QBO into Shopify. It has made such a difference having it automated. They will schedule a video call to help you walk through setup and their ongoing support has been quick, efficient and friendly. Thank you to MyWorks and Peggy her ongoing support of our business.
