Excellent support from Ryan! We had an issue where our quantity discount campaigns appeared active in the app, but the discounts were not being applied in the cart or at checkout. Ryan investigated the issue, kept us updated, and successfully resolved it. Everything is now working correctly. Very responsive, professional, and helpful support. Highly recommended!

My web developer initially installed the Quantity Breaks app for me on the free plan with one quantity break. Since I wanted to use more quantity breaks and have a large number of products in my store, I was looking for an easy way to set everything up in bulk. After upgrading, creating the quantity breaks was super easy. I initially had some trouble with the bulk setup, but the support was excellent. Communication was quick and straightforward, and Ryan personally helped me get everything set up exactly the way I wanted. Everything is now working perfectly. The app is easy to use, works great, and the support is outstanding. Highly recommended!

I am a Japanese working for a Japanese SEO company. As Shopify does not have a purchase limit feature, we implemented this app to meet our client’s requirements. This app is a total lifesaver for my Shopify store. It is an essential tool for any business managing bulk orders, offering incredibly smooth functionality and lightning-fast discount application. The app has been great for our store. We contacted them to look at removing the Orichi brand mark which had appeared on our product pages, they were super helpful and were able to do this without any problems, great service.
Amazing tech support! We needed to tweak a few technical aspects, and the app was very helpful, quick to work with, and made a real difference to visibility.
They added "Powered by Orichi" above the fold on the product page in an update. Don't do that. Uninstalled.

Thanks for the feedback & 9 months with us, and sorry the recent update wasn't a good experience. The "Powered by Orichi" brandmark only shows on the Free plan and comes off automatically once you're on a paid plan. If you'd like to stay on Free plan, you can connect with our team via in-app chat, we're happy to look into your setup and help sort it out, same as we do for any of our merchants.
It's a great app and the aftercare service is good and fast to tailor your requirements.

Excellent experience all-around! We've tried a number of tiered pricing apps and this one has worked better than all of them. We've also had a number of customization requests. Ryan and the dev team have been quick to accommodate and patient through multiple rounds of tweaking. We're really excited to finally get tiered pricing live on our website!

Only used this app for a week so far but the support from Ryan has been brilliant, helping us ensure the app is on brand for our website. Also offered support for CSV imports to help with our 900+ price break rules. Reasonably priced too!

Ryan assisted me in getting my most challenging product into my shopify store. My issue was that I am selling Pin Buttons in Assorted Sizes. So basically I have 3 different size buttons but customer can mix sizes and quantities if they get a minimum of 100. Goal was reached and I am quite satisfied. I've been putting this off since I had a few false starts trying to do this. However, someone I know wants to place an order so I had to get this done tonight.
This app helps us limit quantities due to our shipping requirements! It's a great tool to have on our site. Great customer service also.

This is an awesome App that does what it says it does- simple to set up and use. What is even better is the amazing support ... any small issue is dealt with very quickly...even modifying the app to imporve functionality in your theme. Highly recommend.
