The app has great potential, but without being able to customise Customer Persona's there is only a small benefit to its analysis. Our example is that our market is 95% University students who utilise this site for university merchandise, sport programs, club memberships and events and course equipment. Adding data to help fine tune the bots personas would significantly increase the effectiveness of the app to be tailored to the customer base that we have.

Thanks for your review and the thoughtful feedback. At this time, we don't support adding custom context to AI shopper persona. We'll share your request with our development team for future consideration.
Customisation is great, though it could do with more extensibility in scope and also in the amount of blocks you can utilise easily. Other than that it really helps reduce some of the Shopify limitations that are otherwise painful.
