We needed some help regarding clients not receiving their return label, and Mark was understanding, clear, and quick to solve our problem. Besides that he was very proactive, and helped us set up the automation for return request approval. Thank you so much for all the precious help!
Unfortunately, have struggled with Gift Card Pro. Customer service doesnt' respond. The system does not integrate well with Shopify so balances aren't recorded correclty making accounting very difficult. Sales datas are not accurate. Overall, do not recommend this app

Hello, Thank you for your feedback here. As noted previously, there is a bug in Shopify Reports that doesn't pull through gift cards generated by 3rd party apps (all apps) and account for them properly as liabilities. We've reached out to Shopify numerous times about this but have not heard back, so we have been in the process of building a reports system ourselves. Just installed, but very pleased so far with the results! Dashboard is WAY easier and more intuitive than previous apps we've tried. Customer service was quick to help resolve any issues. Would definitely recommend.
