We had a great experience working with Zonos to bring an inclusive/ integrated approach to our website for international shipping. Matthew and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with and were able to make recommendations that have also improved our domestic shipping options for customers. 10/10 would recommend!
Great and super responsive customer service response to inquiries. Have not yet seen if it meets our stores need for store credit, but hope to explore options soon.
Overall fantastic app that does what we hoped it would do! But the 5 stars is for the seriously fantastic customer service -- within 20 minutes had a solution to a UX issue on the site that we flagged. Awesome company to work with.
Great support worked with me after hours to resolve our issue. Overall love how easy the app is to use and know it will have a good impact on the website.
